Editing to say. I hope nobody ever uses this business again. We have been through so much. Every one of our neighbors have known and heard about his "work". We contact companies for repairs now because Daltons warranty isn't worth anything. Lifetime warranty, good luck getting that. All the repair companies we contact, we mention Preston Dalton and they tell us "say no more, we will help".
Everyone knows about the "quality of work" he does do(or doesnt do). Our whole house was done wrong. We put most our life savings into redoing it, and this is what we have to deal with. Now all of our siding and trim is blowing off in the wind. Nothing was done right. I hope whoever reads this does not choose Preston Dalton for siding and windows.
First of all, I chose Preston Dalton for the experience and the excellent reviews on Google. Unprofessional, inexperienced, 3 months in, siding and rocks falling off. Have to keep calling them out to fix it. Recommend finding someone else. Been a nightmare dealing with them. Over a year later. Caulking coming off the windows. Trim around the windows popping out. Trim and fascia wavy around all the house and separating from the house.

My experience with Preston Dalton Siding has not been a good one. They will not answer or return phone calls about repairs, and therefore are not standing by their product warranty. (Lifetime? Yeah.) I am surprised by the good reviews as this has not been my experience at all. I have had multiple issues with my vinyl siding. If you'll notice, even on these reviews, they don't respond to the negatives, only thank the positive reviewers. Because they don't deal with problems. Good luck with those! You're on your own.

Preston Dalton Siding and windows, put new windows in my home. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the product and shared with me the different colors that would look best in my home. My home has several odd shaped windows and they were able to get all of them to match. Now I'm looking forward to seeing the siding colors, and how my house will look after. Wish I had a before and after pictures to show. Highly recommend them.

Just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone at Preston Dalton for doing such an outstanding job with replacing our windows. Everyone that we dealt with was so polite, professional and helpful. The guys installing the windows took every precaution to make sure everything was kept clean and even moved all our furniture as needed. This has been the best experience we have ever had with a contractor working on our house. Thank you again and we4 will be recommending you.
