Royal Windows & Siding

Very slow to get windows and service. Windows are ok, but they are not as good as others I've seen.

Was sold a dream was told they would fix anything that fell off or blown off since it's "wind proof". Over a year still haven't had roof panels fixed contacted them over 5 times about issue was given run around till today when told they don't fix wind damage. Also had about 15% of the back side siding just fall off one day waited over 3 months for them to come out to even look at it, decided I can hang it back up myself fixed it myself to avoid there services.

Will never use them again will be reporting them to the BBB. I recommend you shop around there not worth the headache. I'll say it loud so people won't get what I got DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! My husband built our home and I've worked in insurance for 23 years with 12 of that in homeowners claims so both of us are very educated in the building process, with that said, we were looking to put a large tempered glass window in our dining room, specifically 9' x 3'. We asked legitimate questions that all homeowners should ask but the salesperson, some other guy and the GM of Royal Windows only wanted to dance around the subject with no real answers and continued to say, our questions were insulting.

If a contractor won't answer your direct questions, it's potentially because they don't know the answer or they don't want you to know the answer. And after looking at all these bad reviews for this business, I will never use nor recommend Royal Windows but looks like everyone else has figured this out for themselves.

They put a new roof on our 100 plus year old house. They did an excellent job! The price was $2000 less than the estimated price. We were very happy and with in a month we're getting windows put in.

AWFUL Experience. Customer service is nonexistent. I had to contact Royal windows in order to find out when my services would be done. I feel like I always got the runaround. Waited weeks for the roofer. But, very satisfied with new roof. Been waiting on windows for a few months now and never received call. So, I called today and was told they would get us scheduled and give us a call later today. Not good business!

I had 4 bids for my windows, 1 rep made racial comments & wouldn't had given him. My money if he had the best quality & price 1 tried pressuring me that he's reduce his price drastically if I signed contract right then & the other have some crazy high price then kept lowering it but price again only good until he walked out of for. Jeff from Royal was no BS, here's the product & the price call when you decide!

I knew the quality would hold up because they installed my parents windows 20 yrs ago. I have white vinyl double hung which is nice u can open window from both sides. The installs were well qualified & too extra care not to break the old windows that I gave project planned for. Now they are going to open up my brick kitchen wall & can't wait for that project to be finished. They also offer a line time warranty on frames & seals that can transfer if I sell my home- always added bonus!

Royal installed a beautiful steel roof on my home. From starting the quote to finishing the installation they were 100% professional! The roofing crew were polite, fast and clean! I didn't have to pick up one thing from my yard! I'm so glad I was able to do business with this company! Great work guys! Don't change a thing!

We purchased a roof on 7/3/2019. It is now 9/12/2019. We were told we would have a roof in four to six weeks. Well, still no roof. I have called several times and get passed around or get told someone will call me back. No call backs come. Our financing was approved in July. So, that is not the issue. We are seriously thinking about cancelling the order and find someone that will put our roof on. Also, they sent a second man out to double check the measurements and told us we would have the roof in ten days. Well, that was three weeks ago.

We just want the roof we ordered. Very bad customer service! Update: Got our roof today. They did a beautiful job. Very hard workers. Did not leave any mess. The office staff could learn a lot from these guys. Now we wait for our gutter.

Not installed to manufacturers specs. Sorry customer service. After sealant was smeared on top of the siding to seal roof flashing, I asked the general manager to come take a look. He told me it was not an A grade job but my home wasn't either! Have standing water on my roof and water that runs out from under the decra shake xd roofing that was installed.

There was almost no prep work done. (Roof decking wasnt level over an addition.) They promise to warranty everything. However you will never get anything in writing about a warranty. I can assure you that dealing with this company will be a ROYAL pain. If you try to hold payment until the job is correct, they dont care they will immediately file a lien against your home.

If you want a roof slapped on your home and sorry customer service this is the place. Ive been waiting for 3 months for this to be fixed and nothing absolutely nothing. They even told the BBB they didn't understand why I was upset. I was lied to is only one reason.

We had Royal Windows install our windows based on the windows they had installed for us at our prior house 10 years ago. They came to our current home and began installing the 12 windows last Sunday and was finished in roughly 3 hours. We quickly learned that quantity is a lot more important than quality. The contract workers are only paid by the number of windows they install.

When they began the demolition to remove the old windows, my husband and I quickly started gathering plastic, cardboard and sheets to cover our furniture and the floors. We had mortar with its grit flying all through our house and the window sills that we had just sanded and painted, a couple of months ago, has gouges in the wood. One of the pieces of molding was cracked in 3 different places.

The wood now needs to be filled, sanded and repainted. If you use this company, I recommend you cover all of your stuff in advance, line the windows the best you can to protect your wood, and stay out there with them through the WHOLE project. My husband had them go back over several places with the silicone where it was not completely bonded. I called the company and a contract rep came out but other than replacing a broke piece on one of the windows, it seems there is nothing going to be done.
