Our Delta Doors are our most popular & most affordable door for many applications. The Deltas are made from quality materials which ensures years of durability, ease of installation, and low maintenance. Solid rigid foam with waterproof PVC perimeter and lock block that accommodates locksets & deadbolts.
Our 300 Series has a full-sized outside frame (jamb). The 300 Series full frame accepts a 2" x 4", is pre-punched with mounting holes, and has 4 heavy duty steel hinges making it a contractor's favorite. 4", 8", or 12" pre-punched installation holes. 4 Steel hinges riveted to outer frame for 4' doors.
PAC's MD 300 is our heaviest duty door. Making up the core is an internal frame consisting of 2" x 6" lumber, laminated with 1/8" Masonite hardboard and fiberglass on both inside & out, wrapped in heavy duty extruded aluminum. Combined that with our 3-1/2 outside frame (jamb) and you'll have a very sound door.
PAC's DDMD is our heavy duty version of our Delta Door. With an internal frame consisting of 2" x 6" lumber, laminated with 1/8" masonite hardboard & fiberglass on both inside & out, really makes this a strong, solid door. Core is made of a 2" X 6" wood framing for top and lock side with 1-1/2" wood bottom and hinge side.

I was an employee here. The pay rate is terrible. Everyone is so unorganized. We never had all the materials we needed. They feel every employee is replaceable. At some point you got to care about other things than money. The owner's wealthy and he lets his employees struggle to pay the bills.

This is a factory. Not a bad place to work. It gets really hot in the summer. It's not air conditioned. You need to take precautions not to get overheated. But as long as you do your job, it's ok.
