Grubbs Donnie Vinyl Siding

In June my grandmother paid 2,000 to get her windows put in her home for August well August came around and no service now they're saying it'll be done in October we'll now that October is almost here they're saying December. My grandmother asked to just get a refund since she hadn't received service yet and has paid but they refused because she's under contract but that's been breached because they stated it would be done in August. I do not recommend anyone to get service from them at all they a crooked and won't do the job and refuse a refund

Did very good job recalking my shower they were right on time doing the job. The repair guy was nice and polite. Very Pleased.

On July 9, 2020 Tubbs by Grubbs installed a beautiful walk-in shower in my home. Today, July28th it is still not finished. After 3 phone calls I finally got someone to return and caulk the metal runner at the bottom to keep the shower from leaking. After 3 more calls they sent someone to level the shower doors so they would remain closed. I was told a part to complete the job was supposed to be in July 22nd; after 2 more calls I was told yesterday the part had not come in and they would call when it arrived.

Of course, they have never returned a call as promised. This one day installation has turned into a month long job (maybe 2 a month job). They have their 7K so what do they care?

Poor quality and shady tactics. Please beware of this company. Do your due diligence and research before contacting this company for any remodel. I wish I would have.

They will not return our phone calls and the "office manager" is a joke! Thankfully my husband refused to pay them the remaining payment until job is finished! I needed a part for awning on the weekend. They were closed but she returned my call to see if she could help! Most gracious lady to return my call on their off day! Thanks for information given!

Tubbs by Grubbs did an amazing job on my grandmother's walk-in tub! They went over and beyond what was expected. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a tub!

Critical: Punctuality, Responsiveness Shower was installed sometime in February of this year. We have yet to have the shower doors installed. Today is April 21. No word from them. Very dissatisfied. Paying big bucks for something can't use.

I don't do shade tree I go to the professional contractors cuz I believe in spending money once and doing it right the first time, but Donnie Grubbs have messed this customer over. Put the patio cover up it fell and still under warranty but don't want to warranty it bcuz they said it was a bunch of leaves on top that made it fall. Which is bs. So I contacted a lawyer near by and to make a long story short they got 5 cases already against them.
