Excellent customer service! Awesome work as well. I can't say enough about my experience with Norm's. I bought a sliding glass door for my shower and after they came and did some measurements, the glass was ordered and it was installed in no time. Great honest communication during the process.

Very kind Gentlemen asked me to bring my windows in for measurements and repair assessment. Told me he'd contact me to bring my windows back in once new glass arrive. Gave me a quote of $118. 3 weeks later I had heard nothing. I called and was told my glass was never ordered and got a new estimate of $215. Thanks for wasting my time.

Not really sure what's expected of a glass and mirrors shop, but I think it is pretty well stocked and has pleasant staff. Plenty of shower doors, windows, mirrors and more.

I desired unique backsplash in my kitchen total redo because of damage. I was getting cranky. My bronze tinted mirror is just wonderful. Thanks for your kindness and wonderful installation. I recommend this business. just have patience.

Poor service: I wanted mirrors added to my daughters armoire so I came here. The lady told me the door that I took in wasn't under my name. Then when she got that straightened out I asked her for the quote. She told me she had to go dig it out of the files and then when she turned around I heard her say that she threw it away. I ended up just walking back out with my stuff and not going back. Unprofessional to say the least
