Wish I had replaced my door years ago! Service from initial contact to installation was 5-star. My opener broke which prompted my inquiry. They scheduled a replacement of opener to secure my garage in under 24 hours. Then ordered my new door and installed it promptly when it arrived. The representative answered many questions about the door options via sms which was helpful in making the final decision. All technicians that visited were prompt, courteous, and professional.

I called for an estimate a year ago and they said that someone was sent out and an estimate was mailed to us. I contacted them and made plans on work to be done, what door I wanted and everything that needed ordered and they said it would be all ordered and installed within a month or so, so ok. After no news or anything after almost two and half months I called and asked to speak to someone regarding our work.
They never called back. I called the next day and talked to the owner or someone who said they were the owner and he said our parts were still on order. After several months later, I called and left a message.nothing. Nobody called. I called several times and nobody called back over months and months. Here it is a year later and they still never called us back, or anything to follow up, to say you still want the door or anything. These guys are worthless.

Had this place service my garage doors in Beckley today. Very pleased with the service and pricing. I really did not know what to expect cost wise, but the technician did a great job explaining to me what different things would cost to upkeep automatic garage doors. If I have another issue will definitely be calling them again.

Called Stepp and Sons today after realizing my grandmothers garage door spring had snapped. Talked to Sam Stepp and he told me he would do his best to fit me in today since I would be leaving soon out of state. A tech from the company was at the house in less than a couple hours and replaced the entire spring and had the door back to 100% shortly after that. Thanks for the quick service and I would recommend your company to anyone that needs overhead door work.

This company knows how to get the work done quickly and effectively. I called on a Thursday for them to replace my garage door. They gave me a quick, efficient, and competitive quote over the phone. They installed the door the following Monday. The installers were prompt and installed an amazing looking door that is 1000x better than the door they replaced.
If I have any garage door issues again, I will 100% call them for service. They did an outstanding, efficient, and beautiful job with 100% post install cleanup. I can not recommend them highly enough. A+ job! Thank you very much Stepp and Sons.

I had Eugene and Phillip install my new garage door. I was pleased with the kind of service they offered to me. The electric door was of good quality and the workmanship of the two technicians was excellent. They showed their professionalism in the job and were easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
