I needed an RV window repaired. They don't do that kind of repair. I But they sent me to a shop that did great work.

There are so many things wrong with the Safelite business being run out of this shop. I'll give just the lowlights: 1) THEY booked an appointment to replace my windshield one week out. When I arrived they informed me they didn't have my windshield in stock. Why did you contact me to book the appointment without verifying you had my windshield in stock?

Why didn't you check the day before my appointment to confirm you had the windshield? 2) When I arrived today for the rescheduled service I was informed that it would take 60-80 minutes. It took 2.5 hours with zero communication or apology for the extended delay. 3) Step two in the windshield replacement process was having my cameras realigned.

I was told that this needed to happen at the car dealership. On arriving to the dealership 30+ minutes late for my appointment (due to Quick's unacceptably slow service) I was informed that my windshield protection plan already paid Safelite/Quick's to recalibrate my cameras. They asked, was I 100% sure Quick's hadn't done it. They definitely hadn't as my lane keep assist was absolutely not working.

I was so not surprised to hear that Quick's hadn't correctly or completely done the job they were paid for. 4) Though the car is in MY name, the windshield protection plan was in MY name and the work order was in MY name the Quick's/Safelite tech never addressed me at all, instead directing 100% of his limited communication to my husband including asking him to sign for the service.

I was standing. RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM with MY NAME on all the paperwork and was ignored while my husband was presented with the paperwork to sign. I am astonished and disgusted that this kind of sexism still exists. I'll be following up with Safelite and with my windshield protection carrier to address these issues but wanted to share my experience so anyone in the Marysville area thinks twice about taking their cars here.

Terrible place. Went in to get my windshield replaced by Safelite. The person I talked to on the phone gave me the appointment to replace it under the satisfaction guarantee. As soon as I walked in the technician started looking for ways not to replace my windshield. He said a chip that Safelite had fixed made my warranty void. Then he said he'd check it and after 5 minutes, he came back in and told me he had run the hose on it for 15 minutes and there was no leak.

He then began to tell me it was probably my rear windshield that was leaking. I wasted an hour and a half driving back and forth. Was there for 15 minutes and had nothing fixed. No one seemed to give a crap about what was being told to me. Ive got my truck with 6 miles on it in 2001. I taking care of everything since. The only leak I've ever had was after Safelite replaces my windshield. Never go to either place

Always great service. Have had glass cut for patio lights, windows and a few car windsheild dings done. Quick's fit me into a busy day for a windsheild ding, as it was so hot that ding was gonna crack. And it was a low price. Excellent service.

Every time I call, literally every time they are accommodating, bid quickly, empathetic to my needs and almost hallway's the best price. Even when they are not, I use them because the service is priceless and their team is the best. Very grateful for their service. I contract the vendors for over 70 businesses and would recommend them to anybody.

These guys are great! We ordered custom glasses for our table tops for our business & home, the turnaround time was fast & they were extremely professional in coming out to put them on our table. We will def be using them in the future!

The bottom seal on our shower door (called a shower door sweep) was torn. I removed it, took it to a home improvement store to see if I could find a replacement. A guy working there helped me but we couldn't find what I wanted so he told me to come to Quick's. I stopped by and was very impressed with their friendliness and ability to help me.

They quickly took care of me and was able to provide instructions based on pictures I showed for the side seal on the shower. They helped take care of two issues for me. Very nice, friendly, and efficient!

I called them as a referral from a Business where my travel trailer rear window got damaged that they could come out and fix the window right away. I called them and scheduled for someone to come out for Tuesday Aug. 30th for the 1st appointment for the initial quote since I was told they had to measure the trailer window but no one did come out or called me.

I called next day and then I was told that someone will go out on Thursday due to short staffed. I called again on Thursday morning to make sure that they will come out and explaining that my insurance already approved repairs and I had given them further information about appraisal. Today on Friday with no quote and no call back. I am sure that they do great job, (choosing), maybe convenience to them, etc.but as far as customer service and follow up.well, you be the judge.

Really nice people and great service. I'm a furniture builder FlagshipFurnitureBuilders.com out of Yuba City area and only use Quicks when I have any glass being done for my tables or other furniture needs.

I had my car windshield replaced this week, and as always the service was fabulous! I have been doing business with Quick's for over 10 years and will always go to them when I need help. I have used this business several times for auto glass repair or replace. They are always extremely fast and very professional. My wife and I both commute an hour each way every day so we get a lot of chips in our windows. We will always Quick's for our repairs.

Quick's Auto Glass replaced the windshield in my 1966 Mustang recently; did a fantastic job! It is hard to find repair facilities familiar with the older vehicles and careful while working on such vehicles. The windshield installation was "Quick" and easy. Thank you!
