We're pleased with the service and final product. The new windows are a big improvement in lots of ways. The only delay was in getting the windows in due to supply chain issues which we expected. After that, the installation from Brandon, Dylan, and Rico was prompt and professional.

Saw this company's commercial after the superbowl. Called about some glass replacement I needed in a number of doors and windows. Confirmed they did work in AG and then an estimator came down to measure and provide an estimate. Two days later they tell me they don't do my kind of work in AG. They will only go down to SLO for my kind of work. What a joke. I would have respected an answer like "your job is too small" but to say they only go to SLO and just can't drive that extra 12 minutes is poor business.

We recently had dual window and sliding door panes replaced by Paso Robles Glass. They delivered great quality for very competitive pricing, on time as promised and kept us informed along the way. I have had a few windows replaced and my slider and today I did another window. The company is great, and the fellas are wonderful. Total gentlemen and their work is clean and neat. The people I've delt with are Steve E. who is the one that you go through to set up the work and the fellas today were Stephen P. and Damian T. Wonderful experience. Two very professional and friendly installers did an amazing job putting the windows in and cleaning up everything. They showed me how everything worked after they finished the installation and were totally great with my 9 week old puppy who tried to play with them several times.

From Don, the sales rep who made the first impression, to the measurement, scheduling, and installation, PRG is first-class. We got a few quotes and felt that PRG offered the best service. A special shout-out to Steven and Sal who did the install: they were professional and a joy to work with. I've worked with a lot of laborers and these guys stood out. They knew what they were doing, were efficient, and left the place spotless. I would work with PRG again, in a heartbeat.

Very friendly staff, felt like I was talking with good friends or family, Melissa came out and measured then sent a quote with in the week. Dyllon and Steven came out and replaced a broken window in the 100 degrees with Good attitudes, very responsible and considerate to close gates and lock up. I got home just as they were leaving, I wish I had tip money but all I could offer was a cold bottle of water. They reminded me of my sons. Thank you Katelyn for the friendly conversation.

Very impressed! From start to finish, the PRG team was wonderful, professional, responsive, excellent communicators, and exceeded our expectations. Working with Paso Robles Glass was very easy from start to finish. It's been a few months since windows/sliding glass door install and they've been very responsive to questions and small correctios needed. The sales rep, Melissa, was wonderful from the start. We received an estimate from another window company which she knew, and she came in with a completely different approach then the other rep.

It was obvious she had tons of experience with the products and provided creative ideas on ways we could improve the esthetic and function of our current setup. We changed several of the window types and went with the Trinsic line. Having lived with these windows now a few months, I can say Melissa's design changes are probably our favorite part of the new windows, and we very much appreciate her creativity in pitching the products.

We also received a fabulous warranty which we appreciate. Our installers were professional and on-time. They were very friendly and answered any questions throughout the day. Was a great experience from start to finish. Thanks.

Very pleasant experience having my dads slider glass replaced and the door made to function like new again. Both installation teams were wonderful to work with. The last technician Jessie was incredibly knowledgeable with just about 20 years of experience under his belt.

As always, I am extremely impressed with this company. From the ordering process to installation it was smooth sailing. The owner, Jarred Damigos is very affable, knowledgeable, and professional. He showed me all of the options and helped me make the best choices for our home. He also gave me a great deal! Gabe and Steve did the installation and they were friendly, courteous and hard working. After getting 3 estimates to replace all the windows in our house, we chose Paso Robles Glass. They were on time for their estimate, kept us updated on the progress, and were able to do the entire install in one day. They are very professional and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them if you need new windows.

The installation looks great. The windows and doors look great. But their customer service and communication is terrible. Their phone number leads you to a directory of extensions where nobody answers any of them. Even when I called to finish the payment after the installation, it took three separate phone calls and messages for somebody to call me back. Not to mention, they left trash from the new installation inside my house and left my shades from the sliding door on the ground! Very classy.

Love, love, LOVE these guys! Paso Robles Glass has the BEST estimator on the planet (the one and only, AWESOME Steve Ecklund!) and the BEST crew of installers! Nick the scheduler got me the ideal date and time that worked best for my busy schedule, and Brandon, Tyler, Gabe, and Jake showed up on time with a positive "Can do!" attitude. The guys were genuinely nice, hard-working, clean, fast yet careful, friendly, and super funny on top of it all!

If you need to buy windows or sliders look no further, Paso Robles Glass is the place and ask for Jared M. Not only is he helpful and patience, he's amazing! So accommodating and a super hard worker. We are adding an addition to our home and needed new & retrofit windows and sliders for the new and existing home (30 windows & 5 sliders in total).

Not only was it beautiful but top of the line Anlin windows for a great price. I was originally going to order a lower model from another dealer but I wanted to take a look at what I was going to get before purchasing it. Started searching online and saw that Paso Robles Glass carried the Anlin products. So I called the business and got Jared and explained to him what I needed. Made an appointment to see him however I wasn't gonna be able to get there until after hours but Jared was willing to wait to see me.

When I got there I found out that they do carry the Del Mar Style (not all dealers carries the DelMar only a few that are selected by Anlin) so I ended up getting all the information to Jared. He got back to me and the price was better than what I was originally quoted from the other dealer. I also had him come out to my home to do final measurements which he had no problem doing. I highly recommend Jared M. from Paso Robles Glass to everyone! He's the BEST!

I'd give Steve Ecklund at Paso Robles Glass a 5 star for initial contact. He responded to my initial request and set an appointment for a home consultation right away. He was very pleasant during his visit but then dropped the ball after that (thus the 2 stars). It was obvious that he just wasn't interested in the project. After I did not receive a bid for the requested work, I emailed Steve and the reply I got was "DeAnn, Your garage window you want made into an egress window is a nightmare.

It stumped me." He made no effort to come up with a solution and did not contact me further. At a minimum, he could have referred me to a company that could do the work. I'm not sure what was "such a nightmare". I made a few more calls and was recommended Monarch Windows in San Luis Obispo. Jason came right out, gave me a bid on several different window options for the garage, as well as a sidelight window for the front door and the replacement of 15 windows that needed repair due to failed seals. Monarch Windows made money on selling me 16 additional windows because they took the time to come up with a solution for 1 window.

My advice, as with any remodel project: Get several bids from a number of companies and choose the one with the best product, service and price, with quality customer service as most important!

Good place to go if you need custom cut glass. Reasonable prices, fairly quick lead time and service with a smile.

I spoke on the phone to see if I could get a quote. He said they were super busy and said it would be quicker if I could measure the windows and send him pictures via text. So, I spend quite a bit of time measuring and taking pictures. I send them to him and patiently waited for a response which I never got. I followed up by text and phone call and left messages. I never got a response. I will never use this company for anything and if there was a 0 star I would use it. This is rude and no way to run a company.

Steve Ecklund is the Chuck Norris of window sales. When Steve walks into your house to give you an estimate, your old windows spontaneously take themselves out to the dumpster. How amazing is Steve? Let me count the ways: 1. Steve is professional in every possible way--he shows up on time, he listens well, and follows up with all details discussed. 2. Steve knows his product lines like nobody's business--just ask him anything at all about any style of window that Paso Robles Glass carries, and he'll blow you away with his depth of knowledge. 3. Steve is not a pushy salesman in any way, shape or form.

He will give you a variety of window pricing estimates once you've narrowed down your selection and offer his assistance or opinion if you ask. 4. Steve explains exactly how the process of an install is going to play out from beginning to end, and he'll also review all of the warranty information for your new windows. 5. Steve and the entire team at Paso Robles Glass are genuinely nice, good folks that go the extra mile to help out their customers.

The bottom line is that Steve at Paso Robles Glass is a master at understanding what his clients need and want for the functionality and esthetic of new windows for their home. They replaced aluminum framed windows in my home. Turned out they were commercial windows. No matter, the job was perfect. Easy to deal with, good crew.

Paso Robles glass did a great job with our slider. Showed us the different options, measured, and had new slider installed within 2-3 weeks. Technicians paid close attention to detail when installing the retrofitted Migard slider and it came out great!

I shopped around for nearly a year after buying a house in Arroyo Grande. My house had 33 windows (some were custom/oversized) and a slider that needed to be replace due to failed seals. I hesitated going with inserts but full window replacements were out of the question due to costs. We looked at places like Contractors Glass, Atascadero Glass, Window World, Home Depot and found the best pricing with PRG.

We decided to make the long drive up to their shop, driving past a lot of their much closer competitors, and was happy that we did. They have a large selection of windows so that you can explore before you make a decision. We had read a lot of reviews on various brands (Milguard, etc) but decided on Simonton Daylight Max. They have the largest Glass:Frame ratio of any insert and really turned out beautiful.

The windows comes with a "double lifetime warranty" which basically means its transferable to a second owner and includes Glass breakage. After placing our order it wasn't long before the windows came in. we did have to make a couple changes as three of the windows were really small and the inserts looked pretty bad (ie more frame than Glass) but Emily made it right.

A couple of the windows arrived with an imperfection and the team noted them and immediately ordered replacements. Overall we had a few hiccups, as with any project of this magnitude, but the team came in on track and on budget. We couldn't be happier and would recommend PRG to anyone. definitely check out the Simonton Daylight Maxes. lots of glass Note: we did have several communications challenges working with Don (as have other reviewers)

So my Initial review was not very good because I was very frustrated with Don the salesman and his response to my questions and concerns. After installation of my windows I can say that I have a much more favorable opinion of the company. Also after my initial review I was contacted by the owner and was asked about my problems with the communication I have received from Don.

In closing after doing estimates with all of the window people in this area the prices at Paso Robles class with the best and their installation team were very responsive and responsible. I am about to call them again for a sliding glass door replacement for my mother-in-law. I feel like they are definitely worth a second chance.

Paso Glass did an outstanding job installing our new windows! The crew worked hard and cleaned up any mess once they were done. From the salesman to the individual crew members, they were all very friendly and took pride in their work. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Pass Robles Glass.

After getting three estimates from three companies we ultimately went with Paso Robles Glass due to good pricing and customer service. Once we signed the contract it took a few weeks to get the windows in and get an install date which was fine with us since we went on vacation during that time. On install day the crew showed up friendly and ready to work.

The guys were clean, respectful of our things and worked efficiently the two days they were installing. The whole process was painless and we love our new windows! I would not hesitate to recommend Paso Glass to our friends and neighbors.

Initially ran into a few issues with Paso Robles glass but they made everything right. Jason and Craig, the guys they sent to fix my windows are some hard working guys, have been at it for a long time, and did really nice work. Really happy with how my windows look now that they've been fixed and fixed right. I have no idea who originally installed them, but thank God for Paso Glass fixing the window issues I had and making them look good. They definitely look like they were done by the pros (cause they finally were) now.

We contacted several glass shops in the north San Luis Obispo area to get estimates and information for safety glass panels for a deck repair project. Paso Robles Glass was interested in the business, while several other companies seemed like we were inconveniencing them by asking. Don Vert came to our home, measured, told us everything we needed to know about interpreting code vagaries and PR Glass doing the installation vs us doing it. Delivery estimates were met. James and Josiah were super on delivery and advice. Other PR Glass people we dealt with were also responsive.
