Brandon and Roger did a great job installing our beautiful sliding door. Both gentlemen were very professional and highly skilled. They were thorough about matching older structural wood sizes and trimming everything out to look finished inside and out. They arrived on schedule, finished in a day, and cleaned and removed all debris. We really appreciated having friendly local contractors who answered all of our questions; and absolutely recommend their services.

I would recommend Majors Home Improvement to other homeowners looking for repair work. Their communication was good and thorough. I would have left a 5 star review if the replacement windows were not delayed by 3 months, but I guess with the current supply chain disruption, it couldn't be avoided. Our sales consultant was Cameron. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

Our installers was the team of Paul, Cory and Ben. Paul was the team lead. These workers were no nonsense and hard working. Our windows were difficult to remove and it took skill to remove without damaging our interior and exterior of the house. They worked efficiently and neatly and cleaned up after the install. One window required a replacement sill which they replaced for me and caulked so it's ready for painting. Everything went very smoothly including all communication with the admin team which arranged initial permit and final inspection. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Everyone was very professional. We are so happy with our new windows. The functionality and quality is outstanding. I would highly recommend this company. The before and after pictures speak for themselves. The new windows make it feel like it's a new home.

Majors replaced a number of our windows and added shutters to the front of our home. We had a fantastic experience from the beginning. They were on time, very professional, and the quality of work was excellent. I highly recommend this company. We plan on using them again soon for more windows, doors, and possibly a sunroom.

Its been a long time since I was completely satisfied with a contractors work crew but these guys were excellent. Not just one or two but all of them. Professional, polite, respectful of my property, knowledgeable, paid attention to detail and cleaned up the worksite. We love the windows and they are top quality and well built and we can already tell a difference in the temperature in the house especially the south and west facing Florida Room. It use to be unbearably hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Not now. Also now I don't need hurricane shutters. I would recommend Majors to anyone looking for windows

The crew that installed our double sliding glass doors were awesome! Travis, Brandon, Josh, and John were very professional, very quick, and very thorough. A big shout out to Majors as I would highly recommend this company for any work. Majors recently worked with us to install hurricane shutters and I was very impressed with the company. Their expertise helped us find a solution for a custom window above the garage -- a solution that ended up being as attractive as it is functional. They communicated with us throughout the entire process and their installation crews were excellent. I also greatly appreciated the amount of documentation they provided so I could work with our insurance company to save on premiums.

Excellent 5 star experience. We had 8 old wood windows replaced and the new ones look absolutely beautiful! The team at Majors Home Improvement has been fantastic from the initial estimate, revisions of that estimate, as well as guidance and decisions for the best aesthetic outcome. They even took care of the required permit paperwork with the county. The installers were on time, polite, worked diligently and cleaned up after installation. Would use them again without question!

Majors Home Improvement recently replaced 13 windows in our home, we are extremely happy with the results. Our original windows were 60 years old so there was engineering that had to be done to ensure a proper fit. The installation techs, JR, Brandon and Mack did a phenomenal job figuring that out. They communicated with us throughout the install on what needed to be done, they protected our home as they worked and cleaned up so well that you didn't know they were here.

Our windows have never looked better! Also, there were no hidden charges! We paid exactly what we were quoted. We highly recommend Majors Home Improvement and will definitely call on them again for future home improvements.

It has been 15 weeks since I paid my 50% deposit and I don't even have the installation scheduled yet for my doors. I wish I would have checked here first. When they quoted me 12 weeks I was hesitant but decided to be patient even though that seemed like a crazy long wait. I would have never thought with that much time to get it done that it would be even longer. If you need work done in a timely manner, choose another company. Hopefully if it ever gets done it will be good work.

Don't use them. They basically ruined our house. Waited weeks for shutters. When they came in half were measured wrong, they did a terrible job hanging the ones they had. None of them are uniform. And the shutters are cheap, super cheap construction. Don't cheat yourself, pay more and get something that looks good. They haven't come back to fix anything. Won't ever use them or recommend them.

Quoted 3x higher than all other contractors. Did not provide a breakdown of costs and said they couldn't start the job for 2 months.

We had new windows & doors installed and Majors did an outstanding job. A-1 First Class. If you're considering a home improvement project don't call anyone else!

Just had my bathroom redone by Majors. When the salesman came by he quoted a high price, but I assumed they would be providing premium service. He estimated it would only take 3-5 days, which made sense since my bathroom is the size of a walk in closet. Majors tore everything out, and I noticed some of the studs were rotting from a leak we had. Instead of telling me and asking if we wanted it fix, the worker from Majors just started putting up the sheetrock and leaving the rotted studs in the wall. Next, when he was doing the tile in the shower, he didn't use spacers so the grout line varied dramatically from one row to the next. Then, majors installed the soap dishes wrong.

The soap dishes had built in drainage, but the worker still made them slanted. The worker also installed the wrong door. Instead of having bullnose tile along the edges, majors installed trim made of out pvc, which looked terrible and is not what I expected whenever I agreed to pay a premium price. The worker for majors also didn't center the drain, so it was about 6 inches from the wall on one side and about 10 inches from the wall on the other side.

The flooring wasn't level and was very noticeable because the toilet had a lot of grout on part of it and very little on the other part. The light fixture above the sink wasn't installed properly, so there was a visible hole behind the lights. Oh yeah, it also took over two months to finish. With all of these issues, one would think Majors would be apologetic, but they weren't and weren't going to come out and fix anything and just leave it that way, but we went through Home Depot, and Home Depot made them fix everything. Needless to say, I will never use or recommend Majors to anyone.

I came across Majors Home Improvement online while searching for a window replacement company. I almost didn't call them at first because I had a hard time locating their phone number on their website. Well I'm glad I stuck with it. The salesman and the three guys who installed my windows were exceptional. Everyone was nice, friendly and helpful. And most of all, my windows turned out great. I have already recommended Majors to many people.
