Greene Overhead Door

I had to give an edit. The owner had a medical emergency and they finally got back to us. Unfortunately I don't know if they are continuing g, but they are squaring everything up. Gave a deposit in Sept 2021 and now is number is out of service and website is down.

I gave a deposit for 1/2 of the job quoted in good faith in March, 2021. I have been extremely patient with Mr. Greene and his many excuses about why my garage doors were not in yet. Now, 9 months later, I find out that he took my $1500 and never even ordered the doors. I have sent numerous texts, emails and left several voice mails but have received no response. Small claims court is my next step.

I ordered my garage door Sept. 9 called several times with no response. Attorneys office is my next move if I don't get a response from Green overhead doors

I am really sorry I have to do this. Gave a deposit in April and never got my door or money back. I have tried everything. Not an unreasonable person but this is totally wrong. I hope no one else looses their money with Joe Greene. He picked the deposit up in person and haven't seen him or the check since. I also had to pay another company to do the work.

Greene Overhead Doors installed my garage door about five years ago. I recently had an issue and called them to ask for help. Joe troubleshooted and helped me fix the problem over the phone. No service call needed! Highly recommend!

Excellent Customer Service! We had our garage door installed over 10 years ago by Greene Overhead Doors. The owner and his staff have exceeded expectations every time I need any service work. AWESOME COMPANY! My garage overhead door broke yesterday when I left for work. A company I used before gave me a date 2 weeks from now to come and look at it. I called Greene and spoke to Joe, the owner, around dinner time. He sent Jeff this morning who evaluated and gave me options. It was 20 years old so I decided on a new one. Bill arrived promptly thereafter to install my new garage door opener and showed me how to use it.

The whole team was super friendly, professional, and QUICK! If you need this type service don't look anywhere else! You won't be disappointed and I'll recommend them to everyone!

I'm a landlord who received a text from a tenant stating the garage door cable had broken. I contacted Joe via the contact form on their website. Within 15 minutes Joe called me and within 3 hours Joe had a new spring on my door (turns out it wasn't the cable). I never even had to go to the property. My garage door wouldn't shut around 4pm on a Friday. I made a call to Greene after seeing their 9pm close time hoping they could help secure our home before nightfall. Joe Greene answered and was immediately kind, helpful and even cracked a couple of jokes (Ask him for how they accept payment. trust me). He sent his employee, Jeff who was professional and let us know the cost right away. Service was fast and wonderful. That's it. I am a customer for life. Thank you Joe and Jeff for saving our weekend!

Excellent service and pricing, courteous, professional and quality products. My current garage door opener died. Joe, the owner, came to my house that day to take a look at my setup as my garage is not standard. He scheduled for next day. Shane was the installer: courteous, professional, knowledgeable. In addition to the install, he balanced, lubricated and adjusted the existing door.

Everything was done in 2 hours and he left the place all picked up and clean. Got the LiftMaster WLED and Greene's includes a wireless outdoor keypad with it - that's great! I would recommend these folks to anyone without hesitation. My experience was very positive and I would call them again if I needed garage work done.
