So I really can't praise Dave, his expertise, and his business professionalism enough. Despite the ongoing covid crisis and the delays associated, Dave provided a very satisfying experience. Not only did he follow through with his year old estimate, he personally was on the job site to ensure a good install. Considering the difficulty of the unusual opening, I am completely impressed. I highly recommend this form for any help he may be able to lend. A+

I called to inquire about a problem with my garage door, appeared to be a misalignment on the left side. The person I spoke with advised me to look at the track and see if there was any snow or ice build up. I check and noticed that there was ice from snow blowing. Cleared it off and the door closed properly. Save me money to have someone come over, and the person was extremely helpful on the phone. Thank you!

Called to get a quote for garage door opener. I received a quote over the phone and the garage door opener was installed the next day. Dave is who i spoke to on the phone was very nice and gave me options with prices. I told him what i wanted and he set up an appointment for the next day. The opener was installed in an hour. After another 24 hour service did not come out to repair my garage door I called Ortner's 24 hour service. Within 20 minutes Dave was at my house to explain that a spring had snapped. He was able to open the door so that we could pull our cars out. What a life saver he was. This is what I call A++ customer service!

I went here to get a garage remote repaired. I had called earlier before to make an appointment. They found out that the remote metal pads only needed some scrubbing to remove the rust and I was not charged anything. The staff was professional and helpful over the phone and in person. They have many kinds of doors and other items. I strongly recommend the place.

I purchased a door with the trim work around in September. The door was installed mid September and was told the trim would be done in a few days. It is now November 28th and still no trim. When called they won't answer when left messages they won't call back. The only time I spoke to someone two weeks ago it was the owner Dave and he was extremely rude to me and yelling over the phone.
I paid for the work three months ago and still have not received what I paid for. Not once did they call and try to make me a satisfied customer. If you choose ortners you'd be crazy after reading this. I'd give zero stars but that's not a option.

Had them put a door in almost three months ago and paid in full for them to do the trim as well. The door was put in and still waiting for trim work to be done. When I call they won't answer my number I know such because I used a different phone and they answered. I have part of the door seal in my garage for almost three months that can't go one until trim is done.
They only time I talk to someone it was Dave the owner and he was rude and yelling on the phone at me. This company the way they act can't believe they are still in business. I never write reviews but I'm hopeful that some of you will read this and not make the same mistake I did. Please consider others in your overhead door needs.

Our Garage Door needed repairs. It was a mess. Springs and cables in particular. We chose Ortners because they're near the city and had heard good things. They came the same day and had it fixed in a jiffy. The owner and technician were very professional and pleasant. Reasonably priced too. The only regret is that we didn't call Ortners sooner! And yes this is a real and unsolicited review.

My garage door opener malfunctioned this morning, I called Ortner's at 9:00am. They sent someone over to my home, fixed the door all before 2:00pm. I was nervous since we're coming up on a holiday weekend and I have an attached garage. Fast efficient service, good pricing. I highly recommend Ortner's.

Ortners put our door in 14 years ago and has been great. So we go on vacation and come back to the house where the garage door would not open. I noticed one of the springs broke. So I called them on Monday and they scheduled me for the next morning. They were there on time and fixed the door in less than an hour. Outstanding customer service.very friendly tech. Highly recommend these guys.

I'm not sure if it was the owner I was speaking with during my experience or not, but I do know it will be the last experience I ever have with this company. All this guy did the entire time was bad mouth the other company I eventually decided to go with. Calling them a rip off and that they can't honor their warranties, ect, ect. All his slander did was force me to spend extra time to research companies and it turns out this guy is just an angry and unprofessional. I decided to use someone else who did have better products, price and warranties.
