We had Mitch handle our project and he did a good job. We did have to wait over 6 months for our windows but it was worth it. When the installers showed up they were very professional and really knew what they were doing. They did a great job and I would recommend your company to anyone I know. Dave was excellent.

Scott Brothers replaced an entire front door system (door/sidelights/transom) and a huge palladian window above it. Within a few years, water was coming through the bottom of the door system. Scott Brothers came back and did some re-caulking. This did not resolve the problem. We called in another company who took care of the issue. Years later, the palladian window failed while still under warranty. This was during the pandemic and Scott Brothers filed the appropriate paperwork on our behalf. They let us know that while the window was warranted, labor was not. We were told the window was coming on a certain date. When we would call to check we were given still a different date. Finally, Scott Brothers told us to quit calling them and to call Brookside Lumber who was the supplier. Brookside Lumber eventually told us not to call them as they were dealing with Scott Brothers and they would notify Scott Brothers when the window came in. Two and a half years later, I am still waiting for a call from Scott Brothers. Well, not really. About 4 months ago, we called another company and we are getting a window (at our expense) installed next week.

Had these gentlemen come out to diagnose a leaking window. I had multiple other contractors previously work on this window, but none were able to fix it and they all told me there same thing, "it's water, probably not even there window leaking". Scott Brothers found the leak. He remedied the area and I'm waiting for the next hard rain to me sure we are leak free. Regardless if we are or aren't, I recommend Scott Brothers. They were fair and honest with me and that's invaluable.
