I went there looking for the Harvey Brand 2 windows and a picture window I believe this is a family-owned business they were very professional he took his time to explain the windows to me and help me pick out the right kind of windows they have two services when u buy the windows from them they can install the windows depending on what city u live in I'm assuming due to the the distance or u can ordered the windows pick them up and have your own installer install them I would recommend Stormtite Windows

Not who they used to be. Used them in 1967 to outfit a Cambridge Victorian. "Lifetime guarantee " has to be proven & fought for. Like so many businesses they choose their jobs by profit. Loyalty be damned. But ok. Also backed up or say so. I'm guessing they still do quality work. I'm just done with them. No this isn't some one time angry review. I've sent friends to them.

I just said goodbye to Berge who came over promptly to quote storm windows for us. He asked about our situation, and when I said that we're possibly selling within the year, he said that we won't recoup the investment in his windows. Yes, he'd be happy to do them, but wanted us to know that it won't impact the selling price on our particular street in Belmont, MA. (He said that the market is so good now for our particular type of home, that any new buyer would not be overly influenced by new windows).

Well knock me down with a feather! It's like that Christmas movie when the Gimbal's Santa sent business to Macy's, (or was that the other way around)? Big applause to Stormtite for not even trying to force a sale. For that reason alone I'd recommend that you include them when you are seeking quotes for storm or replacement windows (or doors). To be fair, I can't tell you how competitive their pricing is, but their niceness (including those on the phone) is off the charts.
