La Crosse Overhead Door

Amazing service from the first phone call. Trent was very helpful and great customer service. The guy who came out here when we needed to get our garage door picked out was amazing. He even called to find out a price quote for us which was exactly what we paid in the end. Also the guy who installed it did an amazing job with everything. We couldn't be happier.

Just had La Crosse Glass replace 2 of my windows and all around it was a great experience! They were super friendly with e-mailing, stopping out to measure, and installing. Talked with Dan on the phone with scheduling and he was the nicest guy ever! Very happy with the service and professionalism of this company.

Our garage door spring broke this morning so the door was completely inoperable with my car stuck inside. I called at 8 this morning and they had a guy here by 11. His name was Alex. He did an excellent job and was very nice and professional. I highly recommend this company. I would give more stars if I could.

We received excellent customer service. Our window screens were measured on site and ready the following day. We also had two new garage doors installed. The installer worked efficiently to complete the job and we're very happy with the high quality of our new garage door system!

Trent and Todd and their install guys are the absolute best at what they do! Absolute professionals! Amazing! It took no time to figure out exactly what I wanted and I walked in not knowing anything about garage doors or what I was looking for. It only took like 15 minutes to figure out the size, window design, hardware, color, how insulated.you get the idea.

There are a lot of variables as I mentioned and their selection is the best on the market but none of it was overwhelming. I owe that to Trent for being a total pro and just a great guy to work with. It's obvious he really enjoys helping people and that's rare anymore. Working with these guys is the best move I made. I wish all projects could go this smooth!

It's pretty awesome to be able to open and close your garage door from your smart phone while at work so UPS delivery guys can leave your packages inside rather than on the doorstep. The garage door is beautiful and completely silent. I'm really happy! Thank you Trent and company!

I was SO happy with the response and work done on my damaged garage door. Within hours after requesting a repair Pat was in my driveway and worked for a few hours to get it done right. He versed me through every option that was available and gave valuable tips on what I should do with the repairs. It was done right and it's working better now than it has in years. He also cleaned up the garage area after repairs were done like he was never there. Overhead Door is THE company to call for your door work!

Late in writing this review, but about a year ago we had requested a quote for 3 overhead doors for our new garage, 2 with windows and 1 without. The quote came and had an image of doors with windows and seemed like a good deal, so we had them ordered and installed. Came home to find all doors without windows. Contacted La Crosse glass and were told the quote was for all doors without windows.

The image showed windows, we requested a quote with windows, why would we expect anything else. My husband was told multiple times the owner was out but finally did get an email response. Our only option was to order new panels and the needed springs all at our expense, no exchange of the panels incorrectly ordered and installed. We sure were willing to pay the cost of the doors we requested but didn't feel that it should cost us more than what that quote would have been.

We didn't want to pay for extra panels, that should have been ordered originally. Eventually gave up and accepted that we won't have windows for now and will at some point replace the doors with another company. It's frustrating when the mistake made by an employee becomes the customer's problem.

We had a residential garage door installed by this company. Our experience with them was fantastic from begining to end! The door was installed in a timely fashion as promised, and the installer was very friendly and knew exactly what he was doing and had all parts necessary to get the job done. Since then, we have had no issues whatsoever with the door or install work.

Trent was the easiest guy to work with. Our sales experience took less than a half hour start to finish. The install went flawlessly and my new garage door is so beautiful and so quiet, and I love the smart opener. He was honest and made a point to not sell us more than what we needed. To top it all off a top of the line door was so reasonable. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
