If I could give 10 stars I would! I moved in to my home last year and right away I knew that doors and windows would need to be replaced. All the doors were in poor shape (one of them did not even lock at all!) and the windows were just old and worn out, not able to open and absolutely no insulation. My consultant, David, was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me make the best choices for my home.

We ended up replacing 5 doors and 9 windows and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. The entire experience was wonderful, from the consult to the installation, it was a smooth and stress-free process. I was informed the status of my order periodically and really appreciated that Kendrik kept me in the loop. The installers were all top notch, so professional, organized, thorough, neat and efficient and you could tell that they enjoy the work they do and take pride in what they do.

My windows were installed first and I could tell almost right away that there was a difference with climate control. My a/c unit does not seem to run near as much as before and the rooms actually feel like a capsule. And the doors are such excellent quality, I have caught myself just staring at them, with almost a tear in my eye because they are just so beautiful and it is such a dramatic change.

I love that they work so effortlessly and keep me secure in my home. I am truly thankful for this experience and will always refer anyone I know looking for quality doors or windows to Kelly Window & Door.

Kelly Window and Door did a fantastic job updating all the windows in our townhouse. Their staff was professional and communicative in discussing the window quality and project timeline. We replaced the original wooden windows (50+ years old) and our new vinyl ones are great to look at and have good curb appeal. We're looking forward to our next energy bill too. Thanks Kelly Window!

We knew the window replacement project for our house would be a big budget item that we would need to research multiple vendors for. Until we met with Kelly Window and Doors we were met (and shocked) at the pressure filled sales tactics used by many. Our sales process with Kelly was nothing of the sort. Our first meeting with our sales rep Tony Wilson was so professional and informative, and we were not pressured to make a decision on the spot.

In fact, we ended up going to the showroom with some open questions and everyone at the showroom was so friendly and knowledgeable. We would especially like to do a shoutout to our fabulous installer Dan. He is incredibly talented and our windows look amazing! We went with the double hung Sunrise Restoration windows and are very pleased with both the windows and the incredible customer service Kelly Window and Door offers.

We had two French doors and a kitchen window replaced. Kelly's was totally professional and customer focused in every encounter. The initial visit, review of project was focused and clearly outlined the process and communication plan. The installation was truly impressive. Kenton and Dylan staged the project so the house was secure each night, cleaned the floor and vacuumed before leaving, were on time and very congenial. Kelly's gets our highest recommendation.

Not only a great product but absolutely the best experience with a contractor that I've ever had. The crew was absolutely exceptional, did an amazing job, very communicative, and cleaned up everything well. Great attention to detail and customer service. I had a particularly hard install due to the way the builder had installed the previous windows, where some other companies were talking about damaging all of my trim and paint, and Kelly removed them basically surgically, I didn't have to repaint anything, and it looks perfect. No complaints and would absolutely use them again.

We are extremely pleased with our new window. Given the current world climate there are delays everywhere, but the Kelly Client Support team kept us up-to-date on the analysis, ordering and manufacturing process. Once our window was ready, we were contacted right away to get on the schedule for installation. The crew that showed up on installation day were great!

They explained what would take place for the removal and installation. They were friendly, very quick and cleanned up after the install. Kelly Window and Door stands by their employees and product! We couldn't be more pleased. Thanks again!

Where do you find quality, affordability, and great customer service anymore? I'll tell you where. Kelly and Window and Door. We had purchased all of our house windows and doors from Kelly Window and Door. Speaking from someone who has owned three houses in my lifetime, I can tell you that quality of their products is exceptional. I have had most of my windows and doors on the house for over 15 years and I have only made one window replacement. KWD also stands behind their product for the LIFE TIME of the product, and that includes servicing.

There have been a few, rare occasions over a 15 year period that we needed a door adjustment, but when we did, the KWD service team was professional, courteous, and above all very responsive. Bruce and his team treat our windows and doors as if they were their own. I would highly recommend KWD to anyone who wants to buy a product that will last and from a company who will service you throughout the lifetime of the product; unlike other companies who cut and run.

Very happy with installation of quality Sunrise replacement bay window plus 5 more windows. Our 14 Kelly windows installed 2013 are still perfect and now time to finish rest (21 windows in house). We had old bay window with rotting wood replaced by Dan, installer. He put in beautiful windows and did immaculate caulking and cleanup. They look beautiful!

One plus with Kelly is they have a showroom in addition to in home consultations which makes it easier to see actual windows. They customized ours with different color exterior, white interior. Not the cheapest in town but well worth the investment, lifetime warranty, next owner transfer can't be beat. Highly recommend, Thanks

I wish I could give them 10 stars. I've been renovating my home from top to bottom for the last five years so I've had every trade possible do work on my house. For the first time I finally had the most positive, stress free, professional experience I never thought was possible. I had 14 windows, a front door and sliding door replaced and both crews were so kind, patient, respectful and very detail oriented.

No they aren't the cheapest but I promise you will get what you pay for in both product and service. Thank you to David (best sales rep ever!) and Brian, Jerome, Kenton, Will, Adam and everyone at Kelly Window and Door for making this the most enjoyable renovation experience I've ever had :)

They previously replaced the majority of our house's windows, a positive experience! This time checked into the exterior doors. Easy to make an appointment, the right amount of reminding they are coming done, were right on time, VERY pleasant, knowledgeable, listened to what we were thinking, were able to show actual examples of how things would look. VERY impressed, again!

Windows look awesome! We chose Kelly Window and Door because their windows seemed to look the closest to our existing windows, and they have a great warrantee. Maybe the price is on the higher side, but it seemed worth it for what we were getting. From order to install it was about 6 1/2 months, but Kelly Window and Door kept us updated along the way.

Their installer was very experienced and came with a helper. We had a large arched window to be replaced and they were very careful taking the old heavy one away. I could not be more pleased with the new arch window. All my blinds fit our new windows too! And they took care of taking the blinds down and putting them back up. I did take down the drapes though, as I figured that would be best. A rep came halfway into the install just to check to make sure we were happy with everything. No cleanup needed by me. Highly recommend.

We were very pleased with the replacement windows in our kitchen. The crew was friendly and worked hard to do the job right. The project manager was on site as the actual window was installed. My husband has been wanting windows for years but I did not want to "waste" money on windows. As we are doing a kitchen renovation, he convinced me that now was the time to do it. My friend used Kelly Windows and loved them so we set up an appointment to meet. Bill was wonderful and walked us through our options without pressure and we purchased windows for five rooms.

The window manufacturing process took several months due to COVID and during that time I was still wishing that we hadn't spent money to replace the windows. Kenderick was so helpful and kept us up to date with the window timeline. Last week, Wes called to say the windows were here and would be installed this week. The install team (Dan and crew) were here on Tuesday and they have worked for four days installing the windows-they are AMAZING!

Install is super important with windows and our team has been fantastic! Now let me tell you about my windows, I walked downstairs on Tuesday afternoon and saw the windows installed in our kitchen bay and my jaw dropped. I truly have no words for how absolutely transformative having new windows is! I feel like I can touch the outdoors! This morning I sat and drank my tea while looking out of our stunning new living room windows and I felt so at peace.

If I had any idea of how open, bright, and happy our space would look with new windows, then I would have done it years ago. My husband was 100% right. I want to commend the team at KWD on their help and guidance with our Provia door project for our North Raleigh home. The initial appointment with Kyle Westbrook back in October was a refreshing experience with his transparency about the scheduling and no pressure sales. Kyle was patient with our questions and we were impressed with his knowledge of the products considering he was new to the job.

This helped us decide with going with your company for this project. Kendrik Hobson was helpful throughout the manufacturing part of the project by keeping us updated with the progress. Despite some delays in the supply chain because of the pandemic, Kendrik and Wes were still able to fit us in the installation calendar that worked well with our work schedule.

From order to install, it was roughly a 5 month timeline. This seems to be the usual lead time for most home projects nowadays. And, last but not least, Harold and Jason were amazing in their installation skills. It was a 5 hour job and the install went according as planned. Their attention to detail was much appreciated. We are really satisfied with his Provia product and we look forward to enjoying this door for years to come. Thanks!
