I really wanted to give this company a good review. Worked with them to deal with issues that began with their salesperson not knowing the product he was selling. Now, plastic pieces on the Marvin windows are getting brittle and breaking off -- shameful for an expensive, almost-new product. I'm incredibly sad and disappointed overall with my experience with Clearview.

Still waiting for the lousy job of window framing to be addressed. Have to have it redone by a real carpenter -- so much wasted wood. Also still waiting for follow-through on what they promised regarding a cheap screen door that has never functioned well. They ignore what customers tell them, and just push a sale through.

It does reflect on your service. Yall had me going on wild goose chases wastin time and money but cant pay couple dollars more? Not a company i would wanna do business with or work for in the future. You obivously dont care about employees. Like having three bald tires for months. DOT would not let that fly either. But go on how it doesnt reflect on you as a company or a person

I found that the replacement specialist, our first contact with Clearview Distributors, Dennis was well informed with what we wanted and what was required to perform and complete the job. Our materials arrived and were organized and installed by another very capable and educated team. Jurgen and his partner were friendly, safe and considerate throughout the entire job. We will be ordering and installing more windows in the near future. In fact. our neighbors are having Clearview order and install windows for their house.

Joe and the entire crew at Clearview were amazing! They helped us select a new sliding door that was an upgrade to our builder grade door. Prices were beyond competitive. Still waiting for the job to be completed, six months later. Door install was left sloppy with ugly caulk showing. Lack of return calls from company. Poor experience, I do not recommend.

I had an estimate done a while back by Clearview and the guy who came out was polite and I had no issues. However, the issues started when I called last week. The woman who answered the phone was curt and acted as though she didn't want to speak to me. She was absolutely zero help, even when I tried to ask for estimates for other windows. I tried one more time and left a message instead.

The man who spoke with me to give me window prices (I think his name was Dennis) was polite, listened to what I needed and was prompt with his pricing. Bottom line: if you can get past the lady on the phone and get to speak with someone like Dennis, the business is fine and professional. Their downfall is their receptionist

We had every window and two doors replaced by Clearview. The experience was excellent. The job was done in a timely manner. The workmanship was excellent. With guidance of Clearview I was able to pick the proper product to fit my needs. The installation crew was polite, clean and kept us informed through the whole process. Overall this was a great experience I would highly recommend Clearview for all your window and door needs.

We recently completed our second project with Clearview, replacing all six windows in our townhome. We reached out via their website and heard back quickly. Within a couple of days they came out to take measurements, provided a quote, and got our order placed. We were told it would be five to seven weeks for the windows to come in, and we ended up on the short end of that at around five weeks.

The installation started out great, but we ran into issues with four of the windows. Clearview had recommended sash replacement kits for our 1970's Andersen windows and, while it seemed they may be a good option in theory, in practice there was enough settling and out-of-square to the existing frames that the windows didn't operate as expected. Their team did their best to try to get them to operate, but it just wasn't happening.

We talked through options with Clearview and settled on swapping out the sash kits with replacement insert windows. After going to their showroom to see samples of our options, they quickly got the order in and even bumped our installation date up a week when the windows arrived a little earlier than expected. Nobody likes to run into issues on a big project like this, but it does happen from time to time and Clearview was great about working with us to find a solution that met our expectations.

We're very happy with our new windows. We ended up with two Millgard and four Marvin windows and they all look to be very nice windows. Our installation team, Miles and Eric, was absolutely fantastic. I really can't say enough about the quality of the work they did and the cleanliness in which they did it. I've already recommended Clearview to several of my neighbors, and will definitely use them again.

Clearview did a great job installing two new windows and two new doors for us. They arrived on the expected date at the promised time. The installation was perfect. Jurgen and his assistant did a great job, showing great care to make sure the job was done correctly. I would definitely recommend Clearview for all of your door and window needs.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing windows/doors/sliders with Seth for a new home build. When it was time for the hardware to be installed I had the pleasure of Wes coming out to our property. Not only did he arrive when scheduled, but he worked in a timely manor, knowledgeable about the products plus he was a delight to have working in our home.

I also want to say that the several times I called the store Kathy always made me feel like what I needed was top priority. You have a wonderful staff and I have recommended Clearview to many friends.
