Very experienced and family owned business. They did an amazing job on my new car applying tints. Not only did they do a great job, they had to remove the terrible tinting I had done at another shop which would not honor it's warranty. Anyone who knows how car tinting works knows that it's an arduous process to remove and reapply tints. On the day of my appointment they had just ran out of stock of the film type I wanted so they upgraded the type of film they used at no charge. Very nice people will bring my car here for any detailing work in the future.

Amazing service, professionalism and knowledge about their services. The price is also good especially worth it because of how good their work quality. One of the employees were extremely helpful in explaining about tints and helped me choose the best option for me. So far it's been almost two years since I got the tint and it feels like I just installed them yesterday, no bubbles tint is still in amazing condition and as promised still keeps the sun heat out of the car on a hot summer day. If you want to get your car tinted I 100% recommend these guys as they have the best service!

I recently had my 3rd vehicle's window tinted at Baltimore Tint. As they have done before they were very professional, helpful, courteous, and timely. They always recommend the right product for my vehicle without trying to sell something I don't need or wouldn't be happy with. I would recommend their company to anyone who is looking to have tint put on their car or truck.

Awesome crew! I brought a Dodge Durango to Baltimore Tint for two side windows and the windshield. They did an amazing job. On time and very professional. I will be sending my friends and coworkers to them. I had a little car trouble and had to get it towed out of the garage. Not one time did they rush me. Rob and the crew tried mitigating the situation, but we were all unsuccessful. It was after closing hours and they waiting for me to get my car towed. If you need anything from them, they were willing to help and I appreciated that.

New car equals new tints. I chose Baltimore Tints since it's close to my home and I thought their pricing was good for ceramic tints. $380 for six windows (front & rear windshield, driver side and passenger side windows). It's $280 if you don't want the front windshield done. Speaking of which, the darkest they'll do for windshield is 45%.
For no ceramic I believe it's $180 for five windows, addition $100 for the windshield which is always going to be ceramic regardless of if the rest of the car is ceramic. Not hard to find, wasn't too sure on where to park when I got there. If you knock, I don't believe anyone will answer lol so just walk right in. Okay this is not the place you'll receive the friendliest customer service. They're not mean or rude.
Just not the most welcoming. But it's cool I'm here for tints not to make BFFs. I was told three hours but they actually got it done in half the time because an additional associate came in to help at the end of the day so that was great. No one wore mask and there's no waiting area so just keep that in mind. I knew I would be in and out and didn't plan on staying to wait so I was cool.
Overall nice job. Tints are still "drying" which they said takes 2-3 weeks. There's a small bubble at the top of my front windshield but it's gradually gone down. They said they'd fix anything if it didn't completely go away at the end of the drying period. They also offer $20 lifetime warranty if you do anything to mess up your tints like scratch it or if your ring hits it.

What a wonderful experience working with them! Called them, and by the end of the next day the work was completed (4 windows and rear windshield tinted on my sedan). Prices are extremely affordable, and the work was as impressive as the quality (and fast) service. Services: Vehicle window tinting, Heat control window films

These guys have been in business for awhile, and it's no surprise because they do a phenomenal job! Great people too, who care about providing quality service. Prices are competitive for the work, so much so I drove down from Michigan to have my car tinted. Super happy with my car, and will continue to refer people to them (even those out of state!)

$120 paid total Both front windows and windshield initially planned to get done but when I got there, the gentleman who ended up doing my tint cautioned me (rather abruptly I thought) that no tint on the windshield was legal so I opted not to have the windshield done. I appreciated his advice just not his tone. So instead of spending $220, I saved $100.
That in person encounter totally contrasted with the phone call I made to set my appointment. The lady who set my appointment didn't mention anything about the windshield and even suggested different shades I could get (as low as 40% but she recommended 70% tint). She was so nice! She made me feel at ease and honestly I felt very good about making my appointment with them because of her phone manner.
So I get there and knock on the door. No one answered so I let myself in. A couple folks (I'm guessing they were part of the family who owns the business) were there, no one wearing masks but hey, I'm not judging, I kept mine on so no biggie. They looked at me for a few beats until the guy who ended up doing my tint acknowledged me. Didn't exactly make me feel welcomed but the lady who ended up taking my keys was decent.
She told me some places I could wait in the area. No waiting inside due to COVID-19 so I had to hang around the area. They initially estimated it would take an hour. It took 4 hours. There was only one other car when I got there and I had an 11am appointment, but I arrived at 11:02am. When I called after 2 hrs to check, they said they had gotten busy. How?
I would think anyone else would get done AFTER me. So that didn't add up. Made me wonder how long I waited unnecessarily before they even got started on my car. I wasn't impressed by the customer service, when they finally called me, they said I was done, they let me know what time they normally close but mentioned they wanted to close early.
Kind of awkward again but luckily for them, I was only steps away and got there 2 minutes after they called. Once inside, the guy who did my tint made a point to tell me how difficult it was to apply tint to the small triangle windows within my front window. He said it was a pain in the butt actually. He couldn't resist telling me they normally charge for that but they weren't charging.
I did thank him but 2 things came to mind: 1. Why when I let them know my vehicle details over the phone did they not know about those windows or when I dropped my car off did they not look it over and call to tell me about the extra charge? I felt the decision not to make me pay was because they took 4 hours to tint 2 front windows. 2. What was the point of mentioning that?
It lead me to once again feel awkward and struck me as unprofessional that he felt the need to bring it up. I'd almost rather have paid than to be spoken to like that. When I left, I was so ready to go but as the lady was detailing what I should expect of my windows over the next 2 weeks, I noticed something dark on the passenger window. I mentioned it and she came over and it was on the exterior.
It was tape of some sort that she brushed away, casually mentioning the guy who did the job must not have cleaned up after himself. Not the end of the world but just one more thing. I really wanted to love this place. It's a small business, in my community and they had stellar reviews. I am not criticizing their work, they did a fine job and I'm sure my tint will be great when it "smooths" out in the next few days or so. I'm just asking them to try to deliver a consistent, PROFESSIONAL customer experience. The experience that so many other reviews raved about and influenced me to try Baltimore Tint in the first place.

This has to be one of the best places I have been to get my volvo tinted. Super friendly, down to earth and let me watch what he was doing. Not that I was afraid but I was very curious how the job was done. I highly recommend this place and will be going back there from now on. Dont going to chian tinter when you can support local business in our community. Well worth every penny. Also something I very rarely do. I let them take pictures of my truck. That how great I felt after the job was done.

Took our 2016 Toyota Avalon to Baltimore Tint. Good competitive price, great service and communication, straight forward explanations and a fantastic clean and professional job. Family owned local business with thousands of jobs done, successful by word of mouth- how i wound up there. Me and wife couldn't be happier with the job they did on our "baby." Thanks Steve and all!

Rob and Steve tinted two cars for me. Both jobs were competitively priced and done right on the schedule. One of the cars had a post install issue mostly caused by specifics of its design. They fixed it right away, no questions asked. A lot of businesses can do a good job, but the true test of their dedication to service is their handling of problems. Baltimore Tint was great, I will use them again.

Tinted my 2017 Honda Pilot. Small tear from what looks like a knife on the door by window. I understand mistakes happen, but not only did Rob the owner claim he did not do it but he was also extremely rude. Made every excuse under the sun as of how it could have happened. Car is cleaned weekly and this stab mark was not in the door before arriving at the shop.

This is long over due. but the service was great! Scheduled my appointment and sat in the waiting room and they had refreshments. The owner chatted with me for a little bit to advise of how long they had been in business. Not only does the owner work there his son does also! Once checking out they gave me information on what to do and what not to do for the after care of my vehicle.
Once I saw my baby I was in complete ahhhhhhh! Fast service and looks good with no bumbles at all. If I was to get another car I would definitely bring my car back to this place.

This tint shop is a great shop because they do a great professional and quality install, I was educated about the range of products, they know the law and explained the risk with going too dark, they were personal, they were friendly. I actually enjoyed waiting to get my suv tinted. Last but not least. The product that I wanted was a Nano Tint that blocks out heat. Their price was cheaper than a competitor. I would recommend them to any of my Family.

Very professional business I was treated with much respect. The process was smooth as a baby's bottom they explained to me what was going to be done, also showed me several tints from legal to illegal. The lifetime warranty is something everyone should have it's worth it to have that back up. Baltimore Tint you have earned my business as long as I owned vehicles.

I visited the Pikesville location and had my driver and passenger side front windows tinted as well as a strip across the top of my windshield. I spoke with Rob, he was very accommodating and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with my tint job and the price. I recommend this company to anyone looking to have tint done by a company that is fast, friendly and competent.

I wanted a nice tint job on my Honda Accord to give it a sleek finish and to give myself some privacy. I chose Baltimore Tint based on the positive yelp reviews and pricing after speaking with the owner, Robert. It's been three weeks since I got the job done and I am so pleased with the work! Robert actually did the job himself. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire process.
He advised me on which gradients would be considered legal and how to care for the windows after the job was done. The whole process took maybe an hour or so, but I didn't mind the wait. Since the tint job was done, I received so many compliments on my car. It looks amazing! I definitely recommend!

Rob is an absolute artist with automotive tint. He has over 30 years of hands-on tint and his work proves it. This is a family run and operated business. Not only does he do a great job, he provides a fair price and under 2 hours. Yes, that's right a skilled tintician (yes, I made this up) quoting fair prices and able to get you in and out within 2 hours. He saved me well over 100 bucks for the same tint and got me schedule a whole week before the other guys. Thanks Rob! Ryan & Lauren

Called around for a few quotes and questions and Rob was the first to respond with a price AND answers. I like supporting small business owners and feel you usually get better, personal service. I was right! Was able to be accommodated quickly- sat in the comfy man cave upstairs while they tinted my glass. I'm happy to say well over two weeks later- NOT A SINGLE BUBBLE! Would recommend in a heartbeat and he backs up his work. What are you waiting for?! Go get your windows tinted!

I wouldn't suggest going to anyone else other than Rob (Baltimore Tint) He tinted my old car, and as soon as I got my new one, I gave him a call. Excellent family owned business. Every time I go, it seems we spend more time talking after he's finished. Him and his son do great work and it's always a pleasure. They are just good people!
