Great experience! Great customer service! They knew exactly torsion springs I needed and had them ready when I got there. I will return for all of my over head door work for my house and my business. I would recommend them to everyone!

Called about a broken spring at 7:30 am and tech was onsite by 11:00. Not only was the spring replaced, but hinges and rollers were lubricated and adjusted. The wiring for the sensors and control were kinda all over the place and the tech cleaned all of that up too! Went above and beyond the spring replacement and that is much appreciated.

So, my garage door broke this morning (Friday). The spring broke after 16,000 door cycles. I called Carl's door at 7:30am today, they had an opening and came right out. The service person had it fixed by 9:30am. Fixed in 2 hours and didn't have to suffer through the weekend without a garage door. Not sure you can get better service than that!

I called Carl's and next day they were out to repair my garage door. They did an outstanding job. The technician was timely, thorough, and explained everything that needed to be done. He did a great job and HIGHLY recommend Carl's Door Service. The customer service was outstanding as well.

Dealing with this company was the one bright spot in a very bad and stressful week. Needing emergency repairs I initially decided not to use them as they were not able to send anyone until the following week. After calling numerous other companies and unreturned phone calls/no follow-through. Carl's Door Service called ME, asking if I had found anyone and sending someone the next day.

The technician arrived within the time window. was extremely polite, helpful and kind to my fiancee, provided a no BS estimate, and completed quality work and repairs in what seems the time it would take to make a cup of coffee. I could not be happier with their professionalism, service, and quality of their employees and while praying I'll never need it again.will be definitely be using them in the future.

Top notch service provided by Carl's. Spoke to Kevin last week and arranged for 2 new Liftmaster garage door openers. He professionally handled my request and scheduled for today. The technician arrived on time and did a great job removing old equipment and installing the new openers. He took his time in reviewing all of the neat features. Went above and beyond to ensure our doors are almost as good as new. Thanks for a wondeful experience especially in today's challenging world.

We had our doors installed today from carls door, and they turned out beautiful. The workmanship and the care that was put into each one of our doors is 5 stars! We like how Nick made our garage doors and the rail system custom to our height and space!. Nick explained everything in good detail how to use the door openers. The wife backed into the garage door while pulling out this morning, and so began my search for a garage door repair company. I tried calling 2 other places - first put me on hold, 2nd asked to leave a voicemail for call back. Next I contacted Carl's Door Service and the pleasant receptionist booked me an appointment the same day between 11am-2pm.

Two technicians showed up at 11:15am; reshaped and repaired my garage door leaving it only with slightly visible cosmetic damage. The technicians were very professional, courteous and provided me with all of my options including repair and/or replacement of the garage door panels. While the technicians were onsite they checked the operation of not only the damaged garage door but my 2nd garage door, lubed all hinges, pullies and made sure I was completely satisfied with things before leaving. The wife got home and the garage door was magically repaired as if the accident didn't happen; I highly recommend Carl's Door Service!

My father had four garage doors that were not working for over 6 years. We had contacted a couple other places and they came out and told us we needed all new doors. Our garage door stopped working late yesterday afternoon. I called Carl's and they were great. Chris was at our house the next morning to replace the spring. He had our door fixed in less than 30 minutes. Chris was very pleasant and did a great job! I highly recommend Carl's Garage Doors. They do a great job and wonderful to work with. Called Carl's about installing a double garage door opener a a hone I recently purchased. They were very responsive in scheduling an estimate and the estimator, Matt, was punctual and very helpful. The work was scheduled and the installer, Chris, arrived on time and did a very nice and neat job of installing the opener and showing me the features.

He even corrected a misaligned hinge (roller) on the door while he was here. Very nice young man. I was happy with the price and service and will call them again if I ever have a need.

Carl's was a lifesaver for us! I lost almost an entire day of work waiting for Sears to show up to repair a broken spring on my double garage door, with my car stuck inside, only to be told they screwed up the schedule and had us down for the wrong day. Livid, I promptly found Carl's online (I didn't even realize they were there and located not far from our house) and they came out within a matter of a few hours and had my door fixed in only about 45 minutes. The technician Mike was very friendly, prompt, and just all-around awesome to work with. Highly recommend Carl's - THANK YOU!
