The Professionals at Plymouth Glass took the time to explain the process. They called my insurance company for me, which I found very convenient. I went to their location to have my windshield replaced and their staff was professional and courteous and their showroom was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this company!

Great fast and efficient service! We were in CT for a wedding, haven driven from Texas when a rock hit our windshield creating a little crater. I was able to call and get our truck taken care of within 24 hours - the staff were friendly and honest in giving fair concern that they might not be able to fix it without replacing the whole windshield, but knowing we were far from home - they did an outstanding job fixing the damage without having to replace the entire windshield. We were able to make the long journey home safely!

I had Mike and Joe of Plymouth Glass come to my place to replace a cracked windshield. Both took the job very seriously and were meticulous in taking my old windshield off and putting the new one on. They were also very personable and courteous during the service. I had zero issues and my car is back to normal. Plymouth glass is the best in the industry. I have not only had windshields on my personal vehicles replaced by Plymouth, but we have also had multiple vehicles in our business fleet repaired by then. Alex at Plymouth Glass was very helpful getting my claim approved for an OEM windshield and setting up my appointment that was convenient to me. The technician text me a half hour prior to showing up and was very friendly, polite and professional. My windshield was so pitted, when the sun hit it, there was no angle to see through. These guys got me in as soon as possible, helped me reschedule when the weather was bad for an outside replacement, and let me hug them when it was done. I feel so much safer, and protected, and they were so kind and quick! What you won't see is how bad it was before. What you WILL see is how they are CLEARLY the best!
