I called on Tuesday to try to get my garage door springs replaced and he initially said he would call me on Wednesday or Thursday. Then he said " no, I call you tomorrow" meaning Wednesday. It's now Friday and I haven't heard from him. Guess he doesn't want my business. Think twice about using this company.

Needless to say you never know when you are going to have issues with your garage doors and boom unexpectedly it happened to us and our garage door got jammed, it wouldn't open and wouldn't close! After researching different companies in our area, we gave this company a call, spoke to the owner Keith right away, explained the situation and he was over within the hour and fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes.
His great customer service, technical skills, and positive attitude was so good that we decided to have him completely fix and update our garage door system. Guess what, he was back within 24 hours the next morning on time and took 1 hour to install a whole new system! Straight forward, honest work, great attitude, fair prices, couldn't ask for anything more! Definitely call Keith if you ever need assistance with your garage, he's a quality expert!

When the spring on my garage door broke on a Saturday evening I had not idea how I was going to be able to open the door to get my car out of the garage. Keith Showed up within a couple of hours to get the door open so I could at least get me car out. By Sunday evening he returned to fix the spring and got my door working perfectly. His prices were more than fair and the level of service is beyond what I would expect from any company. This is the only garage door company I will be using in the future, hands down.

Excellent service with a capital C! Quality workmanship with a capital Q! My manual garage door was jammed. Took great effort to open and could not close so that bottom of door was level with ground. Called for service relatively early in the AM. Spoke to Keith who expressed that he would call and that if I didn't hear from him toward end of day to call him. Called Keith back at around 5 PM.
He said he would be at my home within an hour which he was. He assessed problem quickly and immediately began the job and finished in a timely manner. I was expecting to pay big bucks. The cost was extremely reasonable. Keith was easy to relate to and was very clear in explaining what the problem was and how he was addressing it. Great person. Great service. Great work. 3 BIG GGGs. Amazing! Garage door pulley broke, called KD&G after hours, my call went to voicmail, I immediately received text saying on another call will call back. Within 5 minutes I received a call back, Keith said he was in area he would come by right away. I was expecting an appointment later in the week! He fixed it and was done in under 30 minutes. Awesome service, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommend!

Keith helped me out with my garage door cables when they snapped. Both of my garages cables broke on weekends and he came on Sundays to get the doors to work. He is professional and reasonable. Knowledge is second to none. I have his number on my speed dial and will only call him for garage door issues.

I met Keith at a Home Show and talked to him about a problem I was having with a wireless keyless entry (keypad) for my garage door. He came out later in the week and fixed the problem. Very professional and pleasant, and as he said at the home show, it should only take five minutes - no charge. My original installer wasn't close to his way of assistance. Thanks Keith.
