Window wise is a great company with quality product. When I scheduled a consultation with Kevin November 2020, he was truly a breath of fresh air. This had been my 5th window consultation as I was nervous and anxious that this would be another 4 hour consultation. No! Kevin was very personable, knowledge, kind, and straight forward about his company and their product.
The price was GREAT for 10 vinyl windows. I felt NO anxiety after our appointment and knew that I would be in GREAT hands. He estimated the windows arriving in March 2022 and he was precise! They were even willing to install a day after the windows arrived! His installers were Great. They were prompt, professional, kind, efficient and cleaned up thier mess! Thier caulking job was awesome! No sloppy mess! Thank you Window wise! Be blessed!

Update: my concerns have been immediately addressed by the company, who are eager to resolve the issues. 1/11/22 Technician came out and fixed all the issues quickly. Turns out I was not holding them correctly when cleaning and that's what caused the issues. I'm the jerk Did a great job, but 2 years later several of my custom windows have failed. One you can't even open, a couple won't stay up. Mechanisms inside falling apart, coiled metal spring flying out.
We don't even open them that often so I'm pretty disappointed. Sent an email about the warrantee and it was returned to me undeliverable. Called during business hours and no one was available.

My wife and I have only just begun working with Window Wise and are already impressed with how honest, reasonable and genuinely kind they are in dealing with our home built in 1880. I had my windows replaced last year and was very pleased on how professional the installers were and how they paid close attention to detail. Since that time I have noticed my electrical bill go down due to me having those windows replaced. I would highly recommend this company to anyone to have there windows replaced by them.

I just had my basement windows replaced by Window Wise and I couldn't be happier. They sent out Scott and another fella, very friendly and professional. The installation was fast and not a bit of trash was left in my yard from it. Now if my experience is the going rate for all of Window Wise installations, I'd bet a "steak dinner" that they are top notch.

After various quotes from a national company, regional company and Window Wise (local); Window Wise seemed to provide me the best options for windows. Great company to work with. I bought a 1929 bungalow that I wanted to keep the same look but update the air-leaking, old windows. Kevin came to my home, showed me the windows, gave me a quote and was not pushy nor the typical sales guy.
He was kind, helpful and a matter of fact. I was left with a positive feeling after the window demo. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to replace windows. Support local!
