Had a problem develop with my garage door today. The person I talked in the office was very courteous and Overhead Door Co. was able to schedule and repair my garage door today. This company is very reliable and professional and I highly recommend them for any garage door problems.

Sarah was wonderful to work with. I needed a new remote for two garage door openers, one was installed 10 years ago and the other is at least 25 years old. Not only did she find me a remote that was compatible to both openers, she also made sure I had the instructions to program the remote once I got home.

When I called to request a service call, the lady who answered the phone asked me to check something before she sent anyone out. Unfortunately, it wasn't the issue, but I appreciate the guidance and it could have saved the expense of a service call. The two gentlemen that came to service my garage door were very professional, and experienced. Fixed my door issue in less than an hour. Homeownership is expensive with the ongoing list of things that need attention. It's good to know I have a trusted place for my garage door issues!

Our garage door torsion spring snapped in 2 on a Friday morning. We called overhead door and were told someone could be out in an hour to fix it. The technician arrived in less than an hour and took under 30 minutes to have our door working better than it did before. Great customer service!

What an excellent experience from start to finish! After calling a competitor and being told by the lady answering the phone that some one would call me back to schedule an appointment in a week or so and allowing me to think I needed a full replacement of the garage door opener! I moved on and called overhead! I couldn't be happier the lady on the phone was polite and very knowledgeable and eager to help me, they had somebody at my house the next day!
