Just finishing my install tomorrow, but couldn't wait to leave a review about the crew. Jerry and Chad were absolutely amazing. My windows look fantastic! Can't believe what a difference it makes in my home. So quiet now, no traffic noise at all now. Really couldn't be happier. They were cheaper by almost a 3rd than any other competitor, and I did my research. Thank you for a job well done. I will send everyone I know your way.

Unfortunately, I cant give less stars! I typically try to say good things in reviews, but with this situation I can not. To make a long story short you get what you pay for. Apparently, for $900, you don't get much! I'm not a window guy, maker nor installer, but I just can't understand why to would take 4 different trips to my house and over 3 months of waiting for 3 sashes and 1 custom window.
To top it all off they dont even match. I don't care how much "experience " you have in an industry, your actions & quality of work should speak for itself. Plus, good communication is key, so just blowing us for for the Thanksgiving weekend was not appreciated. Fortunately, we've had a pretty mild winter, which is great considering I've had my windows boarded up all this time.
Not to mention, not being able to host any holidays, because of my embarrassment of boarded up windows. Overall, I would never recommend this company to anyone. EVER! And your reply, is a flat out lie!
