I needed my garage/woodshop insulated, after finding out the hard way it wasn't. EVW were backlogged by several months, but it was worth the wait. Communication from the front office was excellent. The people who did the work were very careful and thorough, and very respectful of the machinery and hand tools all around them (believe me, that was a big source of stress).

I'm dealing with a serous medical condition, and they cheerfully complied when I told them (in advance, so no surprises) to please mask up and stay masked up. They showed up on time, were very clear about a couple of options I could choose, finished in the promised time frame. Walls were patched neatly, and cleanup was thorough. Shop was a lot warmer the next day! Highly recommended.

We worked with Emerald Valley Weatherization to get insulation done on our house about a year ago, and we were happy to have them put in our ductless heating system this time around. They got the work done quickly, they always responded promptly to any questions we had, and helped us with the EWEB loan process. They were friendly and professional throughout the entire process. Loving the Mitsu ductless heat pump since it was installed on Aug 30th 2021. Works perfectly bringing the heat and cool to our entire house since. A+ service from Kristin, Robert, the EVW crew and Scott the electrician.

Very professional and thorough - from the initial bid to completion of the work. Had two other bids along with obtaining one from Emerald Valley - one of the others never returned an estimate at all, and the other was simply a number on a piece of paper. Estimate from Emerald Valley was detailed and precise, and the work completed followed this estimate exactly.

The workers were on-time, professional, friendly, and conscientious. The work was done in an extremely professional and timely manner, and the area was cleaned meticulously when completed. We would absolutely use Emerald Valley again, and will recommend them to friends.

We were very happy with Emerald Valley Weatherization. Prior to the work being done, they answered any questions we had and were always available to speak with us over the phone. They also dealt with the EWEB rebate without us having to do anything after our application was approved. Although they had to delay the work due to smoke in the area, they kept us up to date on the scheduling changes daily until they had a confirmed date.

They were quick and efficient with the work they did on our house, getting two separate projects done in less than a day. They cleaned up everything after their work both inside and outside. They are a friendly, professional company and we would definitely recommend them to others!

We have a 110 year old wooden farmhouse that needed a new heater and (as much as I hated giving up the originals) new windows. We haven't always had the best luck with folks doing work at our place, mainly because old houses are tricky, I'm sure, and I was very concerned about these two big projects.
