Last month I asked this company along with several others for quotes on replacing my garage door. This company decided to ghost me. After the estimator came out and took pictures of my garage he never called or contacted me again in any way. I even tried to fix their mistake and called them to find out what happened to my quote and the pictures the guy took.

The only response I ever received was, "We will have someone call you." Dear Reader, this was three weeks ago. I still haven't received any call back. And if their only response to this is to ask me to call and try to fix their mistakes a second time, I ask you, does that sound like a company you want to hire?

Had a door installed on my new construction garage but during install a trim piece broke. I had extra from the garage kit so they used it and said I would be reimbursed the cost of it. Talked to 3 different people now and nothing. Seems as if they got their remaining payment and are done. Key pad was also installed crooked.

Worst customer service ever! If you've paid, you no longer matter. Requested service for a broken door and could not get scheduled until 6 days out. Service was terrible when I purchased these doors 25 years ago. Am doing business with Hicklin from now on.

Brad was great to work with and their guys did an excellent job with the installation. Our doors had to be replaced due to a hail storm, they showed up and did everything they said they would, when they said they would. Great job guys! Thank you.

WD Door installed our door and opener. We have used them for any repairs we need. They are prompt, curious, clean, and fix things the right way. Very pleased with them and would recommend them to anyone needing work done on their garage door. Outstanding!

The folks at WD Door are nice people and took great care of me and my garage door. I bought my garage doors from them and they installed everything 3 years ago. I had an issue come up and then called them for service. They were on it quickly and they're tech came from Ankeny to where I live in Indianola and provided great service and fixed the problem. I would like to thank your salesperson Ryan for helping us with what we needed. My father passed away not long ago, my mother was nervous about someone coming to her house, in today's world there are a lot of crooks. Ryan was upfront with us about her garage door issue and what we needed. We called another local company, they wanted to charge us 3X's the price. It's hard to find people like that anymore, someone with integrity, thank you! I would recommend WD Door highly.

Get professionals instead of boys to work for you and perhaps don't let boys drive your company cars around since they can't control themselves on the road

These people say they are going to call back and NEVER do. I've called 4 different times about my garage doors and they keep saying we'll have someone call you.haven't yet and it's been over a month

Had WD Doors out to swap our garage doors and we couldn't be happier. Steve made sure his technicians treated our house/doors as if they were their own. Very happy with the customer service and quality of work done.

3rd different window panel and half the windows still leak. Save ur money! Update: You tried 3 times. and actually the 3rd time you replaced the entire window panel, they were dented. I look at those dents and I wish I'd went elsewhere to buy doors. Guess I'll just smear caulk on these $8000 doors to keep the water out like you told me to. What a joke to deal with this company!

This review is purely about their employee's driving. A 20something male with long hair and a bucket hat tailed me and several other vehicles multiple times (I was already going 10mph over) and almost hit me/ran me off the road when he decided to take an exit at the last second. I have a new garage door that I just need installed, but I won't spend a dime here because of one employee's reckless driving.

I call this morning and they came out and fixed it and did an amazing job.

Bob was out to replace sensors for my garage door. Didn't take long, he was nice, polite and chatted with me. I would recommend WD Door.

He called to tell me what time he would be there and fixed the problem. He was prompt, professional and polite. I have no problem recommending WD Doors to my friends. Great company to work with.

After speaking to Jenny on the phone she had a repair crew here in a very short time. The men were fast to respond, knowledgable about the repair, and able to explain future maintenence that could be needed. Austin and Cody were very professional and I would have them back for any future repairs.

The only reason they aren't getting a one-star review is because the rep that was scheduled to come out and assess my door actually did show up at the agreed up time. However, he was there about 5 minutes, didn't discuss the work to be done, didn't say what materials would be needed or even give a ball-park estimate. He then left with telling me he'd get back to me later in the day and provide my quote. That was 2 weeks ago. So, I gave my business to Delden. I highly recommend them over WD.

I highly recommend this company. Their friendly, helpful staff answered my questions in minutes. On the day I'd installation, the installation technician called me to confirm the work was complete and saved me a trip to my apartment's management office to pick up my key. I'm super excited about my new garage door opener especially as we prepare to dive into winter. Gone are the days where I will have to jump in and out of car when running errands or heading to work.

Recently had WD change out some panels and add an electric opener. Panel installation was great and the opener was "hung" but installers said they couldn't "hook it up", in spite of the fact that there was already electrical service to the opener. So I had to arrange to have the electrical service connected, wire up the sensor eyes as well as the wall switch to raise and lower the door.

This was difficult as this was a tall door in a pole barn. Maybe I am naive, but when you have someone install a garage door opener, I feel that just "hanging it" is a little underwhelming and if full installation to the point of making it "operational" isn't part of installation, a disclosure to that extent should be provided. Shame on them for not hooking up the unit to make it operational or disclosing that their price didn't include this critical part of the job!

Shop around you can do better then WD Doors. We had a small crack in our garage door so I called to have somebody come look at it and to see if it was under warranty. They had sent out a repairman, I told him I don't want a bandaid put on it because the door still works fine I just wanted to know if it was still under warranty. I had fresh concrete I was working on so I had to get back to my project.

When I have finished I discovered he had put a 10 pound angle iron on my garage door, ,, and charge my wife and I$129.00 I was not happy-! I called to complain about the charge, the person I talked to said the receptionist had sent off the wrong person and that I needed a salesman. So the next week a salesman showed up to look at my door he said he would not refund my money but I could apply it towards a new door.

I did some research and found out My door was covered for warranty because of the rust, when I pointed this out to the sales man he said that the fact that I had installed styrofoam insulation on my garage door that voided my warranty. I asked him why that was, he said that I cannot add any weight to my garage door.humm. I quickly pointed out to him that his repair man just placed a 10-pound angle iron on my garage door and I asked him did that not void my warranty also?

Finally he said he would take pictures of the rust and send it in for warranty he said he would be back that night to take pictures, we never ever saw or heard from him again. To me the mark of a good company is how it takes care of a disgruntled customer and this company did not do that-! They may be all happy to take your money at the beginning of the sale but watch out when it comes to warranty work as they will not honor it.

We never got our money back we never heard from them again-!. we still have that angle iron on our garage door and I'm still not happy, so do your homework go elsewhere as this company has terrible customer service.

We have used them two different times both times to fix springs that went out in our two garage doors. The first time we called around and priced it out and WD was comparable with the other companies we called. The whole reason I'm leaving this review was because of our most recent time using them. We had a guy named Bob come out to do the work and he was amazing.

Not only did he fix the spring but he found a crack and weak spot in the door and placed a bracket on it to stabilize it. When he was done working he took the time to show me a couple cool tricks to the remote which was great. If you need garage door work I definitely recommend WD and if you use them ask for Bob. He did great for us.

I had this company do a garage door operator install in my house. They have a professional staff who does great work. They arrived on time and installed the system quick. They did not appear to cut any corners, they made sure the install was done right. The price was also very reasonable. I would definitely go to these guys again if I need something else done.
