Our garage door stopped working Monday. Scott was here Tuesday morning and help to get it into manual mode and replaced the broken broken spring. This morning, Wednesday, he replaced the motor. It doesn't get any better than that. Great service and response time! Very professional, too!

Call and told them had a broken spring but wasn't an emergency since my cars weren't trapped inside garage. Said they come out next day. Showed up on time. Luis and Edin got straight to work. They were very knowledgeable and professional were in and out in no time. The price was very fair. Will definitely use them for all my garage door needs from now on.

Called and spoke to Shelly who was not only responsive but gave some tips that might resolve my problem. It did not. I was given a next day appointment. Spry Scott arrived and fixed the problem in 2 mins. The fee also included a tune up, which helped to eliminate the loud noise garage doors make. Then we found the key pad was not working correctly, so I had to purchase a new one.

After calling other companies I found HH Garage Doors to be very reasonable in pricing and very informative answering all my questions. Scott was awesome and I feel assured my door is in good shape as it had a good maintenance service. I understand how a garage door operates in a different kind of way because of Scott. Yay we finally got our new garage door installed and it is PERFECT in color and design. The hardest part was waiting almost three months for the factory to deliver it-- due to COVID of course. Then after it was installed we found out that a 7' chain trolley rail needed to be replaced in order for the automatic garage door opener to work. They ordered it and came to install it right away. They took the old door and and parts away. Side benefit -- we need to clean out the garage so they had room to work! LOL

Had garage door opener installed. My technician, Luis, was not only friendly and helpful, but did an excellent installation. He double checked that every aspect of the install was operating perfectly. Very impressive. On time and quick.

Same day service! Very impressed with the quick, efficient and professional job yesterday. Scott, our technician, was very helpful in explaining to us why our garage door was not working. He had the part in his truck replaced it. Reprogrammed our 3 remotes, plus our code-pad, and saved us some money by replacing this part. Before he arrived, the receptionist, helped my mother and I over the phone to see if it might just be something simple.

She walked us through several steps, and when it was then determined that a technician would be needed she even took the time to instruct us how to disengage the garage door pulley so we could get our car back in. We had used Hilton Head Garage Doors in 2020 because the garage door would not open. Turned out to be something simple, sensors loose and not lined up properly - And again, they were out the same day!

I highly recommend Hilton Head Garage Doors. This is a very professional, customer-focused company that replaced our garage door with a beautiful new one. The new door is very high quality and was reasonably priced. When there was a miscommunication about a door accessory (no-one's fault, just a telephone call that both parties misunderstood), they came back and replaced that piece at no additional charge to us. We would definitely use them again and I will be looking for an opportunity to do so.

After getting a quote of $1,300 to fix the spring on my garage door, we decided to get a second opinion. Hilton Head garage doors came and quoted us just under $400. They fixed our spring quickly. And even installed a new garage door motor system in addition to that for very little money. They were fast, courteous, and very helpful. Luis was very knowledgeable and great. Shelly in the office was great at juggling the schedule to get our door fixed quickly. We couldn't have been happier with them.

This company did a very good job in their quote to replace my garage door and then kept me informed as to the status of the order as the door was on backorder. When time to install, the technicians were on time and were very professional and efficient. They did an excellent job on the demo of the old door and installation of the new door. They took time to ensure it properly sealed and also to explain the operation devices. Our experience with Hilton Head Garage Doors was excellent! Our spring broke on our very old doors. Luis was there the next morning and we decided to replace them with new doors and a Jack shaft system making them very quiet. While we waited for the new doors, they fixed my spring so I could still use the garage. New doors came in quickly and were installed ahead of our ETA.

The installers were very pleasant and courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Cannot say enough about the level of professionalism Tyler and his crew have, as well as Shelly in the front office! I highly recommend this company!
