The job they did was amazing. My window look wonderful. The guy they sent was extremely rude. He couldn't even make small talk, he completely ignored us. (I understand being shy maybe even a little anti social.) when working out of someone's home you definitely need to be a social person or at least be able to fake it and act like it.

Contacted company to replace window. Was told by owner that they would be unable to state a date which the product would be shipped and would be unable to state a date which the product could be installed. When pushed on this topic was told was being unreasonable. Owner stated that the suppliers he chooses to use are the worst he has had in 30 years. Told that he has $100,000 jobs going on. Got the feeling that he did not care for local business from a small business owner. Contacted local competitor and was able to get product ship date, product installation date and written quote within 1 hour.
