Co. isn't good about communicating with customers, and that drives me nuts. Someone or maybe everyone at the place is too lazy or inept to keep service appointments in order and customers informed. "I'm sorry but we've been busy" is fine for an excuse, but only to a point. Service in the past has been ok-if and when they finally show up.

If you just need repairs beyond pulling the release and opening the door manually, this is not the company you are looking for. Left a voicemail at 0735, they open at 0730 according to website. Never returned my call. I finally called back at 1:30 pm, soon as they can come to get the door open to get my vehicle out is tomorrow between 12 noon & 2.
New installations pay more, so that's where their priority lies. Greed. Not customer service. I guess they think they're the only ones with jobs and need a car to get to work.

Just had a new garage door opener installed and couldn't be more happy. I dealt with Steven on the phone and he was extremely nice and knowledgeable about the product. Didn't catch the name of the gentleman that installed the unit, but he was very nice and professional. He had my old unit taken off and the new unit installed in about an hour. The very next day I had a call from Steven with a follow up to see how everything went and if I had any questions about the setup. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for any garage door needs to give this place a call and let them get you set up. Thank you again for everything.
