Order delivered with errors 5 months ago and still not corrected

The service from management down is terrible with this company. The sales rep doesn't relay information accurately. The owner seemed irritated when I reached out to him regarding my order.

Since you asked I will gladly explain. 1. Allan seemed very put out the day we were there picking out what doors and windows we wanted in January 2. 8ft tall by 5ft wide front door was supposed to arrive Mid April and didn't arrive until end of June. 3. Surprise surprise they sent an 8ft tall by 6ft wide door so I have to either wait another 5months or have my builder cut a bigger hole in my finished house. 4.

I get a bill to pay for the door which is more expensive then the one I originally ordered as well as a random back door that was not needed because we cancelled the order when they sent the wrong back exterior door back in May. 5. In the midst of all of this not one single I'm sorry or I apologize.

Had a guy, Rich Davis come out to give us an estimate for new windows last Monday and he said it would be Wednesday at the latest for the estimate. I called and texted him all last week with no reply. I called and left a message with the manager yesterday saying how disappointed I was that Rich hadn't even contacted me to say why there was a delay in my estimate and still had not heard anything.

I Texted Rich again today (8 days later) and he said he would get me an estimate by tomorrow morning at the latest. If I can't trust a guy to get me an estimate then why should I trust a company to install my windows.

I files a complaint about a door with Rich earlier this year bc it had a warp in it. Wanted it replaced because I didn't feel a new door should have an obvious warp in it. Still no replacement over 6 months later. Each time I call he says he'll look into when it's coming and says he'll give me a call back the next day. He never calls back. I always have to call. Been doing this for months now. Hope this review catches the attention of the owners and they take care of me bc there is no reason for this.

They have excellent products and customer service. The customer service is the best. They aim to please the customer and will work very hard to do so.
