In 2005, locations in Shreveport were opened and in 2011, a location in Mansfield, LA was opened. We strive to offer glass products and services utilizing trained technicians.

First of all, we were not greeted when we entered the store. When we were finally acknowledged and "assisted" it took FOREVER! Then when the truck came out there was grease on the doors and seats. Also, there was water pooled on the dash at the base of my nav screen. The headliner is soaking wet with water along the front edge and has grease spots on it.
There are paint chips and dust and dirt ALL over the dash and water spots all over the dash, nav screen and speaker covers where water was allowed to dry. I wonder just how much paint water and dust went down in my speakers We will NEVER have service here again and will make sure everyone we know never does.
