Purchased windows from Window World in Norfolk NE over six years ago. I have had a few issues which they took care of in a timely manner. Recently (September 2021) I had a window fog over. I contacted Window World they said they would order a replacement. It's December and I am wondering if supply chain issues has delayed there ability to get replacement glass for existing customers. Several calls and texts have been answered with "We'll look into this" with no real understanding of when this small issue will be brought to a resolution.

The wrong size door was order. Very disorganized and unprepared. They used my vacuum as they did not bring one. They did extra work without giving me a quote and then after the fact want to charge 10 % more. If I had known the cost I would have declined the work. They took about 3 extra hours due to having to keep getting supplies. I believe part of the increase in price is because they need to come back with the correct door.
They did not complete the door install of the temporary door with the door locks and. They removed insulation and did not replace it. The bracket that attaches the stationary door to the frame has not been installed, nor has the floor lock for the sliding door. 15 years ago the service was excellent. But this was a different crew. Although they were congenial I am not impressed this round. Won't go back

We recently had 4 basement windows installed from the Norfolk NE Window World. They look great and are easy to use. The clean up afterward was exceptional, couldn't even tell they were there. The installation person was very courteous and knowledgeable about any question I had for him. The office staff was also great to work with every step of the way from purchase to installation!

Called to find out if there was any warranty left on our windows. We just purchased the house a few months ago and noticed there were many locks broken. Lady who answered the phone was very rude. I was taken back as I've heard many good things about this company. I planned to have them replace a few other Windows. We now plan to go through someone else.
