Found out today this company installed our garage door incorrectly. After 3 years the rollers coming off track because they didn't install enough brackets etc. If you use this company be prepared to have issues in the future.

I've used this company twice now both excellent experiences. Very fast and efficient. Would defiantly recommend for anyone with garage door problems.

Reasonable prices great attitude great personality works with the customer as well on everything. I recommend them highly I will never ever use another door company for anything they're the best out there locally

Super fast response, showed up when they said they would and reasonable prices. Im glad i have a new garage opener that I can actually use with a remote now! Even wifi! Will refer them to family and friends.

My garage door opener recently stopped working and eventually discovered that it was due to broken door springs (too much load on the motor). After consulting Yelp I found Door Specialties and saw the had five stars. I decided to call them. They answered the phone despite that I called a few minutes before they open. They were able to send a repair person to my home within 2-3 hours who looked over the issue and provided me a quote.

He was able to replace the spring and lube the rollers within just a few hours (he had to go get parts). I am extremely impressed with their customer service. They are prompt, provide accurate estimates and go the extra mile. I strongly recommend them!

We have always used Door Specialties and their products and service are always top notch! Door Specialties also happened to be my very first solo truck driver delivery after I finished trucking school and driver training at Werner Enterprises back in 2000- great bunch of people!

Tried to schedule after getting an estimate 3 times, but no one called back. Molly said she was really busy and seemed overwhelmed. I guess they had to order something so she was going to have someone else look into it, but never heard back from anyone. Disappointed.

We have had an issue with the tension on our new garage door within the one year warranty period. Since we live out of the area we thought we did them a favor by having them fix it when they were in the area, which ended up being outside the one year warranty time frame. And received a bill. For a job that was never correctly done. When I called Andrio Crow, he hung up on me and was yelling he would give me zero explanation. WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND ANDRIO AND HIS COMPANY. POOR.

Scheduled installation for two doors two weeks ahead of time. Nobody showed up. When I called they said they had no record of me calling for service and wanted to know with whom I scheduled as if it was my fault. Nice work. I do not recommend.

Timely service. Polite and efficient. Price to replace spring tube seemed competitive. We will definitely use them again.

I wasn't available that day, so I called Cindy back and set an appointment for 2 days later. She was very professional and helpful! The service tech, (Jim), showed up right when promised.

He was extremely friendly and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He was a fast worker, but also very thorough! He checked things I definitely wouldn't have thought of, and even after replacing the broken part, took plenty of time to safety check and adjust everything perfectly. Super friendly, fast, and proficient service! My experience with both Cindy and Jim was top-notch. Would definitely call Door Specialties back again!

We got a basic tan metal garage door. They showed up on time, did great work and the price was great. They have also done work on our springs when we had our old door. I like doing business with Door Specialties.
