I had a wonderful experience with Fagan Door and couldn't be more pleased with our garage doors! Shawn and the team were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entirety of the process - from consultation through design to installation (and beyond). I called Fagan door this morning because of a problem with my garage door. I am handicap and that's how I get my wheelchair in and out of my house. They game over several hours after I called and fixed my issues. I was extremely happy with the service and reasonable price. I would highly recommend Fagan door to anyone. Because of there professional staff I am able to get in and out of my house safely. I can't thank them enough.

We had a new garage door, opener, etc. installed and there was a small issue with it. They were back within days to make everything perfect. Thank you, Fagan! The door is beautiful and works perfectly.

As I discussed the design and construction of my new garage with my contractor, I told him I was interested in installing custom overhead garage doors. He responded with only three words, "Call Fagan Door." I'm so glad I did. I visited Fagan Door's showroom in Coventry, RI and met with Diane. I told her what I was interested in and that I wanted garage doors to match the doors on another out-building on the property.

I provided her with a detailed list of requirements including materials, dimensions, finish, and a photograph of the doors I wanted to match. I'm pleased to say they nailed it. A perfect 10! I also went with Diane's recommendation for side-mounted door operators and I'm extremely pleased I did. The installation is clean and neat and the door operators are very quiet.

I recommend Fagan Door without hesitation. Update: My neighbor asked me if I could recommend someone to look at a problem she was having with her garage door. I told her to call Fagan Door. She sent the following email message to me. "Just wanted to thank you for the referral to Fagan Door. I called them today and the guy actually was in the area so came within a couple of hours and replaced the battery but did so much more - explained why the garage door was occasionally not working right (sensors not aligned and/or dirty) and put new light bulbs in the second unit. Plus he oiled all the hinges and tracks. Everything's working swimmingly now, and well worth the money. One more thing off the list!"

I have been a customer of Fagan Door for many years and am never disappointed with their great customer service and expert staff. Recently I needed a new garage door opener, I called the office, they talked me through my options, and within a week my garage door was installed expertly and in only an hour. I really appreciate being a customer of Fagan Door.

Love love our new garage door. It is sooooo quiet. You cannot tell when it's opening or closing. The installation was fast, neat and their attention to detail was incredible. Highly recommend Fagan Door.

Called several places regarding a remote control unit for my garage door and Fagan Door was far superior to any other company that I contacted, they were extremely polite and didn't try to pressure me into purchasing a new door opener, instead suggested that they would try looking up the brand opener I currently had and if was still available to just replace it.

They went on and above to help me unlike Parma Door where the original door opener was purchased. Parma never even tried to discuss this with me. So If I were in need or any type door or opener, that would be the only place I would try and purchase from.take it from me No place better.

My remotes for the garage door weren't working, so I called Fagan Door to resolve the issue. Technician showed up and immediately removed the LED LIGHT BULBS from the door opening unit, everything worked fine after that. It only cost me $169 for 2 minutes of the techs time. I wish Fagan had given me a couple of things to try before I had to get an expensive appointment. I've been to the Fagan Door website but there isn't any thing there to assist in trouble shooting issues. This wasn't a good value.

We had our new garage door opener installed after the old one died. We just purchased the home and everything needed a upgrade. Fagan Door was quick, easy, and installed an amazing new opener that is quiet and easy to use. Their staff is so nice and we will for sure be customers for life.

Our garage door was backed into from inside of the garage. I made a same-day appointment. Fagan showed up on time and did an amazing job for the minimum $169 plus tax fee. The outside metal looks perfect -- the door only needs a little touch-up paint. The one negative is that the two men were not vaccinated, so I had to speak to them from a distance.

Very good service at a reasonable price. Fagan originally installed our large, 2 car garage door 20+ years ago. We have needed service only twice, the second time this morning. I called for service last Friday. Yesterday I received a text giving me a 2 hour window for this morning. I had a choice to accept or not. Obviously I accepted. He arrived with all needed materials, replacing the two large springs quickly and lubbing up all moving parts. He was done quickly.

Excellent attention to detail. George worked in 95 degree weather and never complained. He explained everything to me. Office staff is their best. Thank you for your excellent service! It shows me why you have been so successful in business all these years!

We love our new Garage door! I love all the new updates that came with it. The installers were very pleasant, as were the Sales and Admin staff I spoke with. I appreciated that the installers were on time, and even arrived at my house five minutes before the time stated. We are so happy with Fagan Door and the process from start to finish. Nothing is easy coming out of 2020, but this has been one project we've managed to have completed. Diane was so helpful with design decisions and Kevin and Ron worked quickly and efficiently-and around our garage storage. They were ahead of schedule, polite, and did great work. We would absolutely recommend them!

I have used Fagan door in the past multiple times, and everything was great! Not sure if they have different help but this time I would give them a ZERO if possible. I was told someone would call me after my service call to provide a quote didn't happen. had to call them repeatedly to ask what is going on with my quote! Here it is about 6 weeks later and still waiting for Fagan door to schedule my repair.

Fagan door is great. Since 1988 they have serviced my garage door needs and never let me down I had an issue at three pm yesterday and it was fixed by ten am the next day by a kind well trained honest and professional tech I would certainly recommend them 5 stars and Thank You Fagan door

Initial inspection was done quickly. Sales Reps Diane and Steven were courteous and answered all my questions. Installers Mike and Drew have exceptional attention to detail. Double car door is square, sealed properly and functions flawlessly. They were professional, respectful and the only thing they left behind was a beautifully garage door. Highly recommend for price point and wonderful service from the initial call to install.

I have been doing business with Fagan door for close to thirty years and they have never let me down once. One of the things I like the most is they will have a service man at your house before you can hang up the phone from calling them (not quite). They are friendly and very professional and will have your problems solved in no time at all. Their prices are easily in line with their competition and sometimes even lower. I highly recommend this excellent company, you will not be disappointed.

I can't believe this company and how shitty the garage doors squeak one week after installed. i can't believe i paid my hard earned money for such a shitty product. personally would not recommend.

Highly recommend Fagan Doors. I called two other places before I heard about Fagan and neither called me back. Fagan had me booked with an appointment quickly. They texted a confirmation of the appointment and then again when they were on their way. They guys who came where courteous and professional. They fixed the problem (bad travel module). Great service and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I contacted Fagan Door on the recommendation of a neighbor. My garage door wasn't opening and closing properly, and was very loud. I just purchased my home and was worried that I may need an expensive repair or (gulp!) a whole new system. I spoke with a very nice woman at Fagan who recommended that I just schedule a repair visit/appointment, and there would be a standard service fee of $159 for the technicians to come to my home.

I thought that was pretty reasonable, and appreciated knowing the fee right upfront. She also gave me helpful information, like how to disable the motor so I can close the door manually when it wasn't working.very much appreciated that, as well! Turns out I had some spider webs and yard debris blocking the sensors, and the pulley system just need a good, long drink of lubricant.

The technicians were pleasant, professional, and patiently answered my questions about how the system functions and how to maintain it. Great service and excellent customer service!

Recently got a new Fagan Door for my garage and I'm very happy with the results. They explained the types of doors and let me choose what I wanted. The install team made it work with my very old and unconventional garage. It lifts with one finger!

Very disappointed with Fagan. We thought they did a great job of installing a new garage door for us 2 years ago but for a door that we don't open and close often, it should not be having issues already. We don't even park a car in our garage and only open it a few times a week, if that. They told us there may be issues with the sensor and were going to charge us a $159 service fee plus whatever materials they needed to fix the problem.

While I understand the door only has a one year warranty, I think it is absurd to spend over $1500 for a door just to have it malfunction not even 2 years later. This is unfortunate because they came highly recommended by several friends and family members but I will now tell people not to use them.

The service tech did not have to realign the photo eyes.he pushed the reset button and with a can of spray lubricated joints in 2 minutes.a real ripoff when I purchased 2 garage doors and 2 garage door openers not too long ago.yes, you told me it was $159 for a service call, but my point is why didn't you tell me to try the reset button first. I was in a panic because I am an elderly female and did not know how to get my car out of the garage.next time i will call 911.very disappointed in FAGAN DOOR CORP

Fagan Door fixed my garage a few months ago. I was having an issue with it today, called them and within 2 hours they were here and fixed it at no cost. They stand by their work. Thanks.

We had our doors and openers installed yesterday and we are very pleased with the work they did. We were looking for doors about a year ago and then found the reason our openers died was issues with the underground power cable $$$. When we had power back to the garage the estimate didn't change (well we did upgrade) so we went ahead with the install and love the way they turned out.

When one goes through major damage in one's garage - damage that destroys the two garage door openers, it was crucial to seek help from a reputable and knowledgeable company to replace those openers. From the moment we walked in, we were politely greeted and shown what the company offered with details explained clearly. As soon as we decided what we wished to order, ten days later the installation took place. Everything was well-organized from the moment we walked in to the company right through to the installation. Kudos to all at Fagan Door.

Had two doors installed yesterday. I am extremely pleased with the entire process. The doors are of high quality, and I thought the prices were extremely competitive. For the work done, and the professional installation quality, I would highly recommend this very local company for their work. The installer did a beautiful job and my home looks ten times better from both the street and from inside the garage. Thanks again.

It's very irritating to have a broken garage door, call a long list of places and have no one return your call. Thankfully this wasn't the case with Fagan Door. We had a quote within a few hours, along with pictures of what the doors would look like and recommendations on the doors that would have the longest life for a reasonable cost. Did we pay a few dollars more than we would have with the small local guy? Sure, we may have, but none of the small local guys called back so we'll never know.

We were scheduled for an appointment in a timely manner and the service guys arrived when they said they would and were quick and courteous. Once they were done they explained the doors to us, including operation and maintenance. For a small additional charge we now have Liftmaster MyQ, which allows you to close, open and check the status of your doors from a phone app.

Not sure if you closed the door when you left? Just check your phone. Someone coming by to drop something off when you aren't home? If they let you know when they are at your house, you can open a garage door for them and close it when they leave. We were quite pleased with the service from Fagan Door and would definitely recommend them.

Door pricing was average. Time to order and install garage door average. Quality of door average. Shawn Fagan who oversaw installation was an absolute disaster. He verbally attacked my contractor, me, and me to my wife when I wasn't home. He had an issue with the framing for the garage door which was done to Fagan's specifications. I've dealt with contractors, subs, etc for years and never dealt with anyone that nuts. There are tons of garage companies out there, go to them!

High prices, won't confess to company mistakes, up-charges, overall to "big" of a company to care about the average home owner. I will take my business elsewhere.
