The shoji paper we sell comes from Japan and ranges from the traditional to sturdy PVC laminates or acrylics. We like to work with our customers to make sure they get the correct shoji paper for their use, so don't be afraid to ask us a question or two before you place your order.

Unfortunately our website does not always compute the least expensive rate. We always double-check the shipping price the website gives you and will correct your invoice to reflect that. We shall contact you of any changes. Please contact us if you want express mailing service (808-315-8947). We make every effort to get your order out within a day or two and if the item is not in stock we shall tell you. Special orders often take up to two weeks to get, since all for our products come airfreight from Japan.

Refunds Report

Refunds are made in a timely manner and must have been authorized by Kona Shoji Design. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
