Just finished having all of my home windows replaced. These guys were very professional and did great work! From the first day of the initial estimate to the last day of install, they made the whole process smooth and easy. Adel, Kevin and the rest of the guys were amazing! Thank you! Highly recommend!

Hired ABC windows to do all the windows in my home. I had paid extra to have the larger windows to have tempered glass, and a couple years after one of the windows broke. From the crack pattern on the window, we could clearly tell that the window was not tempered. So if this one window was not tempered, all the other ones I paid for probably were not tempered either. Further tried to contact the company about this issue that they stopped responding to my emails.

This company is clearly lacking integrity - in addition, when I watched the installation of my windows it did not seem to be up to par as they did not insulate correctly and drilled nails into the bottom of the window sill, which is not supposed to be done.

We were in desperate need of a new sliding patio door to replace our 20 yr. old slider that opened loud and extremely rough and took someone with mega strength to open and close it. I contacted ABC Windows in late June and was fortunate that Adel and installer, Juan, were in the area that day and could come over that afternoon to assess the job. Adel was extremely knowledgeable and explained in detail the various materials used in their products and the options, while Juan assessed what would be required for the installation. Adel explained that everything was done in-house and it would take a few weeks before the slider would be ready to be installed. Adel's expertise, his thorough presentation and a very fair estimate sent later that afternoon, made it easy for me to choose ABC Windows for the job.

I actually received a call sooner than expected that the slider was ready and the installation was booked. Installers Juan and Miguel arrived on the scheduled day, right on time. They did a great job and the new slider and screen open so smoothly and quietly that you can barely hear them. This was a welcome contrast to what we had to deal with before! Because of the overall excellent service, I wouldn't hesitate to use ABC Windows again for our future window installation needs.

Today (3/10) I had an appointment to install the window glass for our home. The person who installed it, Miguel, was very nice and professional. He had a great relationship with the customer (myself) and did an excellent job. I am very happy with the service the ABC company provided. Everyone was very professional and kind. Thanks again!

I called for an estimate for a single glass window and I was quoted a min of $850.$850 for one window? I figured it out with $75 worth of glass and YouTube videos to aid in the installation. go with these guys if you want to spend an unprecedented amount of money for an easy job. Would you pay $850 for a cheese burger? Of course not so keep looking.

I called, told them what I needed & they took care of it quickly. Highly recommend, window installer was quick, efficient, punctual, couldn't have asked for a better experience. ( I apologize for not remembering employees name) but he was excellent.

We appreciated Adel with ABC Windows as he came to our house and was on time and prepared to look at our window project. He asked a lot of questions to make sure he was going to supply what we wanted with our new windows. A few days later, Adel followed up the visit with a Bid for the job which was very competitive compared to other bids that we had received.

At one point, we were waiting on other bids and Adel called to see if we had any questions on the bid. He was very thorough and very friendly with his visit to our house and subsequent conversations. I was so impressed with the team at ABC windows. From the moment I called. They were very prompt and professional. Jim came by to look at the project, got a quote right away. Got my windows measured, got an appointment. The crew arrived right on time and did a great job. I would recommend ABC windows to anyone that enjoys working with family owned businesses and prompt replies.

Great windows, wonderful customer service and installers. I used ABC years ago for windows in the back room. When I needed new windows, they were one of a few estimates and they came out the best. They make their own very sturdy and beautiful vinyl windows so perhaps that's one reason. I did research on what makes a good window NFRC ratings and types of glass. Besides the test of time from my back room windows, they come out as high quality.

Great product, fast turnaround and exceeded our expectations. With a home remodel you often have complicated situations, odd sizes and difficult installations. This company provides excellent products and excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

This place is a busy place I had fun it's loud it's good my steak was nicely cooked I could only eat half of it the waitress was a very good the man dress how it was that's kind of a party place

After a search, I reported workers stole from my home. I called the company. Was hung up two times before the conversation began. The company said they would ask about it. I made a stupid mistake calling it stolen. It was missing and my concerns were addressed. I found the "stolen" item. When i contacted the company James was professional and courteous when accepting my apology.

I used ABC WINDOWS for my commercial property. I did my due diligence and received 4 estimates. Im so happy I choose ABC WINDOW CONTRACTORS. My first contact was with the office manager Quinn. He was so knowledgeable and professional. The owner of the company came and inspected the job, the installer and field manager were all wonderful to work with. Their ability to CUSTOM MAKE any size window is amazing. Feel free to contact me if you want to see their work, I highly recommend them.

I had a wonderful referral from "Maureen" at ABC windows. Not only did she return my call promptly (a couple of times- we kept missing each other) she was really helpful in putting me in touch with the person that could do the job! I had a unique situation that ABC doesn't handle. She text me with the information as well! Great customer service!

I called 29 Glass services "Frank". He was able/willing to come out the same day & he worked diligently to fix the broken glass in my garage door. He is very knowledgeable and professional and very reasonable! I highly recommend his services! P.s. I had telephoned numerous businesses in the area and nobody but ABC & Frank would approach the problem! I am forever grateful!

I bought ABC windows over 10 years ago, and despite how nice everyone was, I want to let you know a few shortcomings. First, none of the drainage holes work. Water sits in the dish holding the window. Second, some of the plastic doesn't wear very well. Nothing major, just kinda cheap looking after 5 or 10 years. Third, the screens have little plastic loops at the bottom.

In order to remove them, you pull up on the loops. I just had my house pressure-washed, and so had to remove the screens. Much to my dismay, about half of the loops broke off when I gently pulled up to remove the screens; I had to pry the screens out with a screwdriver. Not good for the integrity of the screen. When I called the company, they laughed, and said that the screens don't last forever, and not to expect the plastic loops to last. I can buy new screens if I want to.

Working with this company was like a five star family run restaurant experience. Maureen handles the reservations and works the floor. We never had to wait. Bob and Kevin came and went like clockwork; their estimates emailed within hours. Kevin, Luis and their crew arrived, installed, and left right on schedule. That's because every challenge was anticipated by a crew that has been dedicated to ABC windows for decades. We selected this company because they were top rated by the nonprofit Bay Area Checkbook, the most credible guide to services in the Bay Area. The Checkbook got it right.

Rob & Maureen are nice, but incapable of replacing windows in San Francisco condos. They don't know how to navigate DBI permits, energy rules, and HOA appearance requirements. They're also terrible at communication, unless you take a day off from work to have real-time phone conversations with them. If you live in a condo in SF, steer clear of ABC.

I wish I could be writing a review about the quality of their work, or the prices, or their service. Unfortunately, I never got this far. I tried for a couple weeks to set up an appointment. No one EVER answers the phone there, and like a lot of people, I have a job, and can't answer the phone whenever they call me, so we played phone tag for a LONG time.

I finally did get an appointment for someone to come by my house. Then they called to change it a few days later. There was a little more phone tag about this, but we finally got a new appointment on the schedule. And then the ultimate disappointment. NO CALL NO SHOW. No one showed up to the house for the appointment, and I never got a call or anything from them.

I called later that day and left a message (since no one ever answers), and again today. Same thing, no answer so I left a message. now I'm done with them and moving on.

Disclosure: I *did not* use ABC for window replacements. This review is to reflect my experience with their customer service and to reinforce the high trust/professionalism already expressed by those who are customers. I left a message asking for a call-back to set up a time to have ABC come out and give me a quote for window replacement. I had already had a couple vendors come out so had a pretty good idea of the range of what could/needed to be done. Got my call back within a reasonable amount of time and appointment set. Robert came out on the arranged day.and ON TIME (why does nearly every vendor always run late nowadays).

His demeanor and courteousness immediately invoked trust (and I'm a tough customer normally). He was kind enough to respect that I had already seen a couple/few vendors and cut to the chase. After a most interesting and helpful education about window replacements, and how it relates to my needs, he finally suggested the easiest/least expensive - and most appropriate - option, which was not work that his company specializes in.sadly.

Even though we will not be using ABC to replace our windows in the near future, I can assure you that they will be the first company I call when/if that time may come. If you're looking for window replacement, it would be strongly advised to call ABC Window Contractors first! Thanks, Robert.

From beginning to end, having my home windows retrofitted by ABC was a great experience. It is a well run family business and they run their own manufacturing facility. Alex came out to give me a quote and was very knowledgeable about local building codes regarding window retrofits, helpful in explaining options, and thoroughly answered all my questions. Maureen was a pleasure to talk to on the phone in the office.

When I wanted to make some changes and had further questions, she had Alex contact me right away and he sent a revised plan to me by email--very convenient and easy. Robert came out and did final measuring and was here for the installation, which went very smooth. They had my 9 windows ready in about a week and installed them in only a matter of hours.

They were very professional and respectful and did a complete clean up when done. And the windows look really good. We've gotten a number of compliments on them. I was not quite happy about the fit of several of the screens on the windows and when I called Maureen, she did not hesitate to make it right without question. To me, this says a lot about a company. Robert came out to re-measure and had new ones made and came back to change them out.

I was so pleased to be doing business with this family who is passionate and ethical about what they do. They really made this home improvement project easy and smooth for me. Besides looking good, the windows really insulate well against outside sounds and we've even noticed a difference already in insulation against the colder temps we've gotten here lately. (I had decided on the low-E glass) I highly recommend ABC for your window or door projects. It will be one project that will go smoothly for you!
