It is with gratitude and appreciation that we enclose the balance owed for the window replacements at our home in Schroon Lake. Dave and Eddie are outstanding partners. Their combined efforts resulted in an efficient installation of the windows. They braved the unpredictable weather of cold, snow, rain and hail in the four days they worked. Their breaks were nonexistent except for a brief lunch.

Without reservation, we highly recommend your company and these workers for any job. The customers would receive a made in America product, professionally installed by hard working Americans.

I called multiple times to get a quote for storm doors and some shutters and finally got someone to come out to my home! The man took some measurements and told me he would give me a quote and never did! I called and he said oh I did not get around to it yet! Then I called a second time 2 weeks later and he said oh it's on my desk I will get to it today!

Well apparently he never did because I never got quote or a phone call which is very rude if you are to busy or do not want the job at least call and let me know, horrible customer service. I never leave reviews but I am extremely annoyed I was ignored!
