Phantom Retractable Screens

Had a new door installed and of course the phantom screen wouldn't fit. Called them and they had the greatest guy come out and redo it to fit the new opening. The gentleman who came was great to work with giving us a few options. I highly recommend this company as this is my 2nd screen.

This is my 2nd phantom screen and I can't say enough about how much I like them-the installation is a breeze and seamless. Jon is easy going & efficient. Here is a reason that's not as the obvious as the usual (that it looks GREAT! Which it does) -I can place any decor on my front door in any season and not worry about it being "TOO FAT" for the screen door to close!

I actually won this screen door! It was donated by the owners of this company for charity. So first of all, A++++ goes to the owners for being selfless and giving of their time and product! They contacted me right away to get the installation set up, and once we touched base, they came out right away to install it! Because it's fall/winter at the moment, I haven't had a chance to enjoy it yet, but I'm so excited to get some cross-breeze when it's time!

It looks great! I have it on my front door of the house and you can't really even see it from the road! It slides in and out easily and the magnet seems strong! I cannot say enough about how great the people here are to work with! Thank you so much!

This is our 5th phanthom screen in our 2nd home all purchased thru Lowes. Love the new latch style. John, our installer was the best and made sure the door fit and operated to perfection before he left. He also was so personable. We have had these doors for years now and highly recommend them. Worth every penny and Retractable Solutions have been good installers.

Everything about my experience was fabulous! I called from Hudsonville (an hour away). They quoted me over the phone & scheduled an appointment. I was not home when they arrived (I told them to start & I'd be home soon). I received a call from Jonathan letting me know that my trim was almond color (not white like I told them). He said he'd be happy to install the white, but he thought almond would look better. I rescheduled and Dave came out a couple days later. They look amazing! Thanks to Jonathan for taking the time to call me and check. You have a customer for life.

Everything was great! The service was excellent- he was on time and very personable. The retractable screen door works perfectly, letting in much-needed air flow and lots of light. I am very happy with this decision.

Called this Phantom Retractable Screens a couple of weeks ago and explained over the phone what we needed. They gave us a quote, scheduled an appointment between 8 and 10 and said that John would be our installer. He called that morning and gave us a time for his arrival. Was very polite and professional. Explained to us a problem that we had with one of the doors that could not have the screens installed until it was fixed. Had three screen doors installed and just love them. Already have a contractor coming to fix the door problem and will have them install the last screen door as soon as it's fixed. Photos are a French door and our front door.
