Had 11 Replacement windows put in our house, , The 3 workers were super, BUT the windows did not pass city building inspection, some windows won't close or lock/and screws pulling out of window frame latch, And a few (3) torn window screens were put in. Called them and they told us they would come out to look/fix all problems, NO ONE CAME OUT OR CALLED US. We are still waiting, Not happy with this company.

I want to give a shout out to Megan customer liaison. She has been helpful and extremely responsive. I will post another update once the job is complete. I would have rated nescor higher but one of my windows arrived broke and now I have to wait up to 10 weeks for repair. This is extremely disappointing given the money spent and how great the initial installation has been.
I will provide another update upon correction of this issue. I also don't know that I would use the finance company again as it limits your ability to hold partial payment when running into this situation but nescor finance team was willing to help. make sure to take photo copies of work.

I had a great experience with Nescor! I've been needing new gutters for a while, my old gutters were faulty and insufficient and pulling away at my fascia board so after multiple quotes from other companies I decided on Nescor! I got an appointment very quickly, same week, at a super convenient time and day of my choosing. My salesman Roberto Morales showed up at 6:00 per my wishes.
He sat with me on my couch and showed me pictures and product samples and answered all of my questions very thoroughly, until 9:00 at night. After much back and forth, I decided to get the gutters especially since they have a pretty great finance program, 6 months no interest and no payments! Within days, a crew was at my house bright and early, installing the gutters and was done by about 2:00 that day.
The crew was very respectful and efficient and hard-working. I got solid gutters with a lifetime warranty, which includes gutter guards too! My house looks great, thanks guys!

12/8/2021 DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE BEEN A NIGHTMARE FOR THE PAST 6 YEARS. Back story, we had Nescor install a metal roof 6 years ago and it leaked ever since. It's literally taken this long for them to stand by their warranty and fix the roof. They had to remove the roof they installed and reinstall a new one. Nescor had their contractor come out on Nov. 8 to fix the roof.
They show up, tell my dad they aren't doing this job and they leave. They come back the next day and they do the job. No idea what happened bc this company fails to communicate anything. As shown in the photos, they broke several pieces of siding while removing and then reinstalling the roof. The contractor then tells my father that we have to pay him $1200 to install new vinyl siding to fix what he broke, and then says to keep it between the two of them.
I call Brian Donovan at Nescor to ask why we have to pay and he is completely unaware of the situation, says to someone in the background that they're double dipping, and says he'll get back to me. After emailing him asking what's going on, he finally calls and leaves me a voicemail on Nov 18 telling me basically that they will let me know when something new happens.
Now today is Dec 8 a whole month since the work was done. Have not heard anything. Siding is still broken and they never cleaned up the garbage they created. So that's sitting in a nice pile in front of the house. Oh, and the water damage inside the house is yet to be addressed. Two whole rooms that now need to be gutted bc of the roof leak.

Going on six years ago that our metal roof was installed by Nescor. Roof has been leaking ever since. They've tried to blame everything but themselves for the leak. Spent money to repair the chimney after they said that's where the leak was coming from. That was not the case. Spent money to repair some siding under the roofline after they said that's where the leak was coming from. Again, not the case.
They've sent people too many times to come and "fix" the leak, yet it's still leaking. The last person to come by said "there were major steps that were skipped" and "this absolutely needs to be redone" yet I am still dealing with this. At this point, the second floor ceiling is close to falling in. Communication with this company is awful. It takes MULTIPLE attempts for them to respond to an email.
Right now I'm still waiting to hear back from someone from two weeks ago. At the beginning of the pandemic, I received an email stating that they are canceling all appointments for the safety of their employees. Come to find out it was a complete lie. I called the next day or so and customer service said they weren't cancelling appointments because they are essential employees.
I had to make a new appointment which was a couple weeks out. Also, this company has what seems to be a rotating door of employees. Several different times I've been told that so and so no longer works here. That was the reasoning a couple different times that I didn't receive a response for months at a time. If you ask me, a One star rating is too high for Nescor.
I would never again work with this company. I would never recommend them to anyone. Their supposed lifetime warranty is not something they live up to. We can't do anything with the interior of the home because of the continuous leaking.

What ever your, 2nd choice is, go with that. Miss communication from day 1. They had zero idea about what the sales guys told us vs. what was actually done(or not done). Had to come back 4 times to install correctly. Brian in service literally said "we are not going to keep comeing back to fix things". Ummmm YES you will. I paid 8k for a project and it took 3 different people and 4 trips to my house to install.
And it still isn't right. The trim around windows doesnt line up. Not even close. Took alot of wood filler to make it look right. How hard is it to cut a 45* mitre cut? The bathroom was basically like "Eff, it" and just cut it straight and put it up. Amateur hour

I was given a 8 am - 9 am window of install time. They showed up before 8am! From start to finish they explained to me everything that was being done and why it was being done. The quality of work and the quality of product Necore provided was top notch A+. I would definitely order from them again and recommend them to anyone.

Had 8 windows and 1 door replaced in a sunroom. The quality was exceptional and the workmanship from the installers that came to finish the job was outstanding. They were here for two days and each day they worked very hard and were unobtrusive and left the area clean. Would have them back at my house anytime! Such a great experience!
