These folks were great. Bob was very detailed during the initial consultation and provided several options at different price points. His install team was also quite quick and able to knock out 20+ windows in only a few hours. I would highly recommend this business.

Harborview Blinds was innovative, professional and dedicated in suggesting options for solving a challenging window choice and installation. They were so friendly and cordial in every interaction. Bob was wonderful from the very beginning. He personally came in and measured the windows for wooden shutters. He told me how long they would take and they arrived in a timely manner. The installation was perfect and I was very happy with the overall experience. I would definitely use them again if I needed window coverings.

Honestly the workmanship from the owner/manager to the installers is amazing. They will always go the extra mile to make sure the client is satisfied with the product. I have seen them in action time and time again and it really always amazes me! I love the fact that they are a small company right here in the heart of Gig Harbor which also lets you know that they really care about their craft and the presentation that they convey out here.

We have ordered blinds from a large retail store in the past but recently went with Bob at Harborview Blinds. Wow, incredible customer service! The blinds we initially ordered didn't work well as we had large windows so they were difficult to open and close. Bob was able to arrange for a no-cost upgrade to battery operated blinds we just love. Bob and his staff are all top notch and they remove and install blinds themselves. Yes, they cost a bit more but are worth every dime!

The wood plantation shutters for my bay windows are more beautiful than I imagined. Absolutely stunning. Quality product. Competitive bid. Faster delivery than expected. Ian did a perfect job of installing. I could not be happier with the end results.

I wish I could say I have had a great experience with Harborview Blinds but when one reaches out to a company one would expect a reply. Simple that is not the case. Is it that difficult. Oh well, I guess it is.

Bob came out to our new vacation home in Tacoma to show us their great selection of Shutters and Shades. He spent the time explaining all the details about Shutter options and design. We were quite surprised at how good the pricing was as we had gotten other bids that were higher priced. The people at this business are fantastic. I have specific tastes, and they have superior values of great customer service. They always answered their phones, and returned Yelp messages promptly. I had a problem with the first product, but never a problem with the company. Jeff affably returned with shades that look and work great. I recommend this company unconditionally.

Only reason I went with another outfit was a due to a price difference of "greater than my threshold, " but still very competitive I'd say. I'll Definitely consider this outfit for future bids. Wow! A business that actually exceeds expectations! Bob (the owner) came to our place, and listened to us, showed us several samples of the various window treatments for our windows and sliders, and within a couple of hours, we had made our selections. Andrew came out and did the installations on both trips (we had to wait for the shutters to be made) and did an excellent job with that.

We had interior shutters installed in the front of the house, which has dramatically reduced the heat being let in through those large west-facing windows.now we don't have to get A/C! I'm just guessing, but I'll bet that the value of our home has increased somewhat more than what we paid for the treatments. We looked around our new neighborhood to see what others had used for their window treatments.saw some pretty sorry looking sun-beaten drapes, and cheap blinds. We recently relocated to Seattle and, again, used Craig at Harborview Blinds. Craig was as polite and efficient as he always is and we couldn't be happier with the top-down-bottom-up cellular shades that we chose. Highly recommend Harborview Blinds. Craig Porter come out twice to provide consultation and samples. We had several blackout shades and Roman shades installed. Craig personally installed them and insured we were happy prior to leaving. He was very responsive to any messages we left him. Very satisfied with their Norman shades and the plantation shutters.

We just purchased our first home in Queen Ann - Seattle and came across Harbor View Blinds after doing some internet research on Yelp. Bob, the owner came out to our house with a great selection of products. We really wanted shutters and Bob provided us with detailed presentation of all the types of shutters. We selected Norman Shutters in a fantastic looking wood stain color that matched our woodwork perfectly.

It was great to work with a company that has extensive product knowledge and expertise. Installation was performed by Jeff, their installer where he did an excellent job and was very professional. Highly recommend HarborView Blinds. Bob, the owner, came to give us a bid. We'd already gotten bids from both 3 Day and Budget Blinds - both of those bids were about the same (although they make it difficult to do a true comparison). We had low expectations that HarborView could beat the bids of the other 2 - we were shocked when his bid came in $1000 less for a better product (that the other 2 companies had neglected to mention were on special through the vendor). We decided to go with HarborView - the blinds were installed about 2.5 weeks later (exactly the time frame we'd been told) with no issue. Totally satisfied!
