Getting our last new window installed today! If your are looking for new windows in NWI, I highly recommend Window World! We talked with several different companies before finding them, and it was worth the wait! Matt, the lead of the crew has been great through the whole installation process! Also, the guys on his crew are very laid back, and professional, they do great work, fast and efficient! I couldn't be happier with the outcome!

On May 5th. we had Bill Adkins [ before he worked at Window World we had Bill replace two windows in our home] come to our home to get an estimate on replacing one set of double windows into one picture size window, one French door taken out and a half wall built and a picture size window installed and one single size window replaced. Eight weeks later 6-30-20 the truck pull up and the work started.
Everything progressed as it should, his crew was efficient and courteous. As the windows were being replaced our home was being updated, both inside and out. When it came to the French doors it was obvious from the beginning that siding outside would be needed and wainscoting to match the inside. On 6-30-20 instillation day, after the wall was built the siding and the wainscoting were being put up they didn't have enough siding and the wainscoting is naked.
Window World had eight weeks to order siding and the wainscoting was to match the rest of our room. At the end of the day the crew member wanted to be paid the remainder of the contract [Balance to be paid apon Completion] my Wife followed the instructions, job was not completed she did not pay the balance. On 7-3-20 Matt came back to finish the siding and on our bill was an extra charge to get the siding $134.41.
Again Window World had eight weeks to get materials. When Bill came to give us the estimate he assured us he would return after the job and see how we liked the windows and were satisfied, have not seen or heard from him. These pictures will show a cut in the siding and naked wainscoting, if Bill would have done what he said and came back to inspect the job this would have been a different review.

EDIT 12.8.20. Adding a other star because after this review and a curt email, our windows and doors were installed within seven day. They're lovely. Its just a shame I needed act in such a way. We're having multiple windows replaced, a sliding door replaced, and a front door replaced. We signed an agreement and paid 50% of the total on July 10, 2020 -- yes, nearly five months ago.
We were told our installation would occur in September or October due to COVID. That set our expectation and it seemed fair. Do we have new windows? No. A new slider? No. We must at least have a new front door -- wrong again. Window World of NWI has had my down payment for nearly half a year and I have no clue when my doors and windows are going in.
Now here we are getting lake effect snow on Nov. 30th. I suspect there is zero chance of these items getting installed during the winter. But how would I know? Not once over the last five months have they reached out to update me with any information! I am hopeful that eventually this review will be updated. Stay tuned!

I had Window World come out to our house for an estimate on a whole house window replacement. They sent out Ladd, the salesman to come and see what exactly we needed. Ladd was absolutely outstanding, from his presentation, to his knowledge on windows. Myself and my family really enjoyed having him in our house to gives us an estimate. I was quoted from 3 different companies, and Window World came out on top.
The other two salesman I dealt with from other companies did not stand a chance against Ladd. Plus, Window Worlds pricing was better. I look forward to hiring Window World to do this home improvement project and look forward to doing business. If the rest of the company is half as good as your salesman, then it will be a pleasure.

Well, the price quote process was enjoyable. The guy that does that is very nice and friendly. The final measurement process went well. It is a busy season for them (obviously). So, I will update this after my windows are installed. Update 9/29/2019. Well, it has been a few weeks since they came and installed my windows. They did a great job and I love my new windows! I definitely recommend them. I did already suggest them to my old boss to do some windows in his house.

I had Window World install new windows in my bedroom right in the nick of time in December of last year. The new windows not only look cleaner and nicer but they made a world of difference in keeping the cold air out & warm heat in! I also noticed the noise reduction significantly since I live on a busy corner. The price of three new windows was very affordable, and the installers were professional & nice.
They worked fast & efficiently & did a great job of cleaning up after the installation. I would definitely recommend them to my friends & family, & am looking forward to having them replace my kitchen windows this Spring!

Window World replaced my 3 single pane picture windows which were 67 years old. My new windows are wonderful. Built to withstand all weather conditions in our area. The installation crew is First Class! Not only did they conquer the problems of my old house, they fit and installed the new windows with perfection. Everything is level and plumb. My new slider windows open and close easily as they should. no binding or sticking. a sign of being properly installed.
The trim and flashing work is top notch. The crew left my property in better condition than it was when they arrived. They are not only excellent craftsmen. they are a good, honest hardworking crew. I thank them wholeheartedly. The icing on the cake is everything is fairly priced and managed. Highest recommendation! I am glad I chose Window World. My review is independently critiqued, I have no connection or friendship with this company and my views are based solely on the buisness we conducted.
