They did an okay job on my parents place. The tile guy was very good, but other areas were definitely hit and miss and the countertop folks really missed the boat. They mis-measured one end, and you know what their fix was? Caulking. I'll try to attach some pics showing half a penny's worth of caulk, which of course didn't last because caulking isn't intended to fill gaps that big. They knew that obviously, but just figured they could get away with it being older folks and all. Lame.

We had new windows installed today and they look great! Our installer named Noah did an amazing job!

I am very unhappy with the service we got in dealing with Carol Boocher. She came to my house to give us an estimate on remodeling. She left and I was very excited with what we had discussed and was waiting for a call back for further information about the flooring. We were to be contacted by a man with experience with flooring so we could have a more definitive price.

It has been two months of waiting, e phone calls, and two messages left on her voice mail. I still have not received a return call or any other information about further plans for renovations. We had used Windows Doors and More in the past for a door and we're very pleased. I will no longer use their services ever again!

I've only gave three stars for the simple fact that we purchased a back door back in 2011 (I think) and the back door is perfect, it keeps the cold air and hot air out like it's supposed to. The storm door on the other hand we have had too many issues with it. The paint on the door was chipping away, we had someone come out and they tried to use touch up paint but unsuccessfully.

So we had a guy come out and replace the door. Now the part of the door that is connected to the glass is starting to have paint chipping. The door handle has been fixed more than once. Mainly for the simple fact that the parts that broke are plastic. Now we're having issues with the entryway. The base had been replaced with a piece of black strip (they couldn't get a wood one) and it's not staying in place it keeps popping up. I personally think it's a good place but be mindful of what you get and it doesn't hurt to look around.

I'm not one to leave a bad reveiw but this place is a scam. If you want a contractor that will only do half the work and expect to be paid for things they did not do this is the place for you. Won't let you leave no stars unfortunately.

Ordered basement windows in July of 2021. After calling several times, finally got.them installed in December. Unfortunately, 5 of them would not open and 1 had already been installed. Not sure what happened, never got an answer. Another 4 weeks went by and I finally got a call that 4 were ready. The 4 were installed first week in January. I received a text at the end of February asking a good time to come by to re-install the last window. I said anytime and got a reply that he would let me know when it was ready. March 1st 2022, jobs still not.complete.

Bought 2 doors less than a year ago! Already paint coming off! Called to be ignored with no customer service! Don't use this group. What a waste of our hard earned money!

Met Chris on Saturday when we stopped in the store, and he was very helpful. We made an in-home appointment and took booklets so we could review over the weekend with what we wanted. Chris was punctual, professional, thorough and not pushy. We placed an order for 7 top of the line windows, 3 storm doors and 2 screen doors. Can't wait for installer to verify measurements, local factory to build, and new materials to enhance our safety, security, energy efficiency and appearance to be installed. So glad we went local and Made in America!

I love this business. I always deal with Tim Tippman and he's very polite tells me how it is and no frills cost along with the time estimated to do the work. I've called them for years to replace windows and for all my rental units. They are fair priced, clean and leave my properties clean. They are down with the job usually within that same day unless they've done whole house window replacement.

Their technicians have always been able to answer my questions while on the job and i haven't had any issues of them performing something wrong now have I ever had them out to fix something. I have found their windows to be top notch and to last for years. Making the investment worth every penny. I recommend them to anyone I know inquiring about windows. Great business with great ethics. Have Tim come out and give you a quote. You won't regret it.

We had ALL windows replaced by Terry and Brandon! Would recommend Windows Doors& More to friends and family. We also got a quote for our Roof but when we went in the building, Tim, at the time was not much helpful with answering our question since he would say "he was not familiar with our home and Mike our representative was." If we would have had questions answered then by Tim, I'm sure we would have also chosen them for our roof.

We ended going through someone else with the roof, but looking to replace that work in a few years and will keep in mind WD&M. Mike our representative, was also great to work with! Will add pics soon of the work done! *Also the front desk was always nice and very helpful! We also received a follow up call, we much appreciated!

We had a new roof put on in March 2010. We developed a leak into the kitchen in 2017 after a terrible storm. We called our insurance company, they said it was not due to the storm. The roof then collapsed into the Kitchen in late 2019. I finally found the paperwork for the roofing Company and called them the first week of April 2020. They said no problem, have your insurance company send us a letter stating they won't pay, we'll take care of it.

When I contacted our agent, she contacted the adjuster from 2017 who forwarded DW&M the letter. What we never got was the 18 page letter he forwarded to WD&M from 2017 that clearly stated damage was due to a faulty roof, that in fact when we had another roofer meet us at the home he said the Shingles they installed on our modular home was not up to code for the roof pitch. WD&Msaid they WOULD have replaced it but it was now 1 week beyond the 10 yr. workmanship guarantee and would NOT replace the roof.

I explained that my daughter and her husband and child lived in the home and she was already experiencing breathing issues in addition to going thru dialysis 3 x week and that my son in law was also diabetic and worked 6 days a week and did not have the ability to make such repairs. In fact there was black mold now encroaching the home. I made several calls to both the Owner, Kevin Hunter and the Insurance agent for WD&M and basically got a "sorry about your luck" response.

Their insurance agent basically told me my only recourse was to take them to court which he was well aware we could not afford. My daughter passed last month and my son in law and grandson are still living in this mold infested home thanks to WD&M, Kevin Hunter and their insurance agents total lack of humanity. Once tgey have your money, your no longer their concern.

Bought a life time guaranteed sliding door for our walkout basement a few years back. The initial install took several attempts, wrong part, etc. not impressed. Called recently. Glass needs replaced due to fogging up. Called August 18,2020 and still waiting for a replacement. Have called twice to check status and they first blamed it on. having my old phone number and not being able to reach me though I left my number when I called; then they blamed Geld-win for poor service.

It's now Nov 10 and still no door. No customer service call to tell me the status. Not impressed. I will not order from them again nor will I recommend to anyone. Very poor service.

We had roof and gutter damage due to storm Cristobal on June 11, 2020. High winds tore through our area and we had the roof replaced on both our house and our shop building. We received our estimate for new gutters on 8/13/20 and ordered the gutter replacement. Joe Hayden told us it would be several weeks before they could start the work and he would contact us before they started.

We called the office in October 2020 because we had not heard back from anyone. We were told Joe was on vacation and the scheduler, Michael, told us he would send someone to measure for the gutters. They were measured on 11/2/20. The crew arrived on 11/3/20. They were very professional, they got all of the gutters installed in one day, and they cleaned up everything before they left. We're very happy with the gutters.

They are seamless, look great and we don't have to clean them out anymore. The price for the gutters was reasonable, as well. We would have given a 5 star rating, but we feel the communication could have been more prompt, and 3 months was a long time to wait for the gutter installation. The WD&M showroom is beautiful, by the way. It's worth checking out if you need ideas. Everyone there is very friendly and willing to help. We enjoyed our visit. They are animal friendly!

Had them replace the existing casement windows with double hung all along the back of the house. 10 windows in all. From The quote to the installation everything was done professionally and cleanly. Noah and Bailey, who installed our windows were simply the best. Very professional and courteous. Will definitely have them replace the windows in the front of the house when we are ready for them.

We recently gutted our bathroom and had it redone. The tub and shower installation were terrific. We also put in a new vanity, sink, and toilet. Again, wonderful job. The problem came with the painting, it was hurried and sloppy. It took several times for crews to get it right instead of doing it right the first time.

I moved into a home that had windows purchased from this company. One of them was broken. After 2 service calls, I am waiting 8 weeks for a replacement sash. The service manager has no idea about my order. No return phone calls, I had to call them 3 times. Very unimpressed.

Last August I went to Windows doors and more for a remodel in my bathroom the gentleman that I spoke with told me he was so busy you couldn't come until October to measure I waited I was fine with that he came out and measured everything I got a letter about him coming everything was fine never heard from him again I received a survey on my email I fill the survey out told them exactly what happen figured I would hear from somebody after they receive the survey. Now 10 months from the first day I went in have never received anything from them and I guess they don't care

I give it three stars because the staff was friendly enough compared to competitors and prices were reasonable. However following a phone call I gave after noticing, they had said they do admit that they should have told me about the fact that getting efficient windows does tend to have a green tint to the glass. Unfortunately you don't fully notice it until you open your windows and there's a very distinct green (see attached photo). I'm all for efficiency, but the green that comes along with it is not something I'll choose for the rest of my windows, or at least with this manufacturer.

We have had Windows, Doors and More do a number of jobs for us through the years. The salesmen have been knowledgeable, the installers professional and, when there was an issue, it was corrected quickly and correctly. We would do business with them again.

A cranky old lady came out to give us a quote on a total master bath remodel and did the measuring, etc. and gave us ideas. She then said a painter would call to set up a time to come out and give us a quote and the work would start soon after. A month later he finally called and got his quote. After that we didn't hear anything! I guess cranky found someone else's bathroom to remodel. Poor, poor customer service!

Tim Tippman was here to review our window situation which had not been addressed properly in the past. Tim took it to the owner, Kevin Hunter, and within a week Kevin was at our door step and reviewed our situation and found we had issues and was on it within 72 hours. We are very pleased with the results of this situation. Thank you W D & M.

Please do your homework before buying into their "sales". 3 years after they installed my gutters, I am still dealing with major issues. They will not treat you well. Never again. They are the walmart of the construction world. Learn from my mistake.

Salesman was pushy, repeatedly interrupted me while I was talking. I research online how the windows were made compared to other companies. They make their windows the same way they made windows 80 years ago. Most companies have switched to newer technology. You can get much better windows for a lot less money. Don't be fooled by the flashy appearance.

Do your research online about how the windows are made. You can't tell by looking at the windows. You have to know how they were constructed. And you can't believe the salesman.
