We needed 3 new garage doors and 2 new garage door openers. Rick Came and gave us an estimate during the estimate he fixed a garage door opener for us. When his crew came out to install the new doors and openers they were very professional and clean even get rid of the old Doors for us. highly recommend them

Just had the best experience with this company. From the first phone call, through the estimate process and installation everything was easy and simple. Everyone from Keene Door that we worked with was professional and extremely customer service oriented. The door was installed while we were on vacation and we just love it. After a month with our new door we noticed it seemed to open on its own at times so a phone call to Keene Door and a conversation with Hannah was all it took for someone to come and make an adjustment.

She was genuinely concerned about our problem and worked to resolve the issue. Someone came to adjust the door and all is well. It was a pleasure doing business with this company.

My most embarrassing emergency resulted in a bent and twisted garage door which was entirely off the tracks. The men from Keene door did not make me feel bad about backing up through my garage door. Instead they went right to work and performed a complete restoration. They responded within minutes of my emergency call. They did the impossible and the door is on the track, unbent, and working. These people are Gold Star all the way Note to self: open garage door before you even put the key in the car's ignition.

Rick stopped by just because he noticed our garage build, and checked to see if we needed any assistance with doors. As soon as I recognized the level of service and information he offered, I actually cancelled an order already placed with another company that was giving me lame customer service. Rick and Hannah got me the sales info, answered all my questions, supplied a good product, delivered on time, and followed up with technical info we needed to do the install. What a great team, we are so glad we made this purchase.

Great company and product! Rick Menard gave us an estimate soon after we called him, and it was much more competitive than we thought it would be. He was clear about the kinds of doors we could use, and gave us a brochure with plenty of styles to choose from. Doors were put in today, 4 weeks later--thought it would take much longer to order and get them. 2 guys, Chris and Jake, put them in. Both were very professional and the doors look wonderful. Highly recommend Keene Door!

We recently had two garage doors and new openers installed. The quality of service was absolutely amazing. From the original visit of taking measurements by Rick, to the office assistance which included phone calls and emails with photos of what we could expect the doors to look like, and finally the installer. the attention to detail and quick response was extremely impressive. We know that we will be ordering two additional doors in the near future for our lower garage and we will not look anywhere else. we are going back to Keene Door.

Keene Door is amazing - Rick came out and spoke with us about our needs, then Brenda worked with us to send us images of what particular designs would look like on a photo of our actual garage, which was super helpful - and Greg and Jeff came out to install. They spent time explaining everything and we're super nice and informative. Incredibly professional company from start to finish. Would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for garage doors.
