I bought 2 motorized shades here last year. One is a direct plug the other has to be charged. I LOVE them. When the one needing to be charged started beeping I had no idea what to do. I called the store. Jerry came out promptly, adjusted the shade, and showed me how to charge it. No additional fee. Great company. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!'

Shades and More is one of the top contractors we've worked with since buying our new home - and may possibly be the best contractor. We've ordered plantation shutters and sun shades in three different phases for our home, and every time (1) Shades and More has presented a variety of options, (2) the cost has been reasonable (3) they have met deadlines (4) the front office and installation staff are great, and (5) the quality is fantastic!
Most importantly, they are honest people. No one wants to make a mistake, but Shades and More will return to make adjustments or repairs if the product didn't meet expectations after the installation. We would highly recommend them.
