I submitted my contact info. and described the problem (broken traverse spring) on the Door Mart website. I had a call within 10 minutes and had a service call scheduled for early afternoon of the same day. Gavin was able to arrive an hour sooner than planned. He suggested that the rollers be replaced in addition to the spring. We found that the old rollers had a lot of play at the bearing and may have caused the spring to fail. He finished the job in 30 minutes (while answering all of my questions) and the door now works like new.

I really want to thank the gentleman I spoke with minutes ago, he was a true life saver. I called because the storm caused the electricity to go out and the garage wouldn't go down (manually, it would) but it didn't have electricity. So this gentleman helped guide myself to fix something as simple as the GFCI, which was causing the problem. I want to sincerely thank you! Your customer service was superb. I can only imagine if/when I need to make an appointment what to expect. :-) Again thank you!

Door Mart replaced my garage door at my rental the day after I called them. They did a nice job at a decent price. The guy tuned up my opener too. Also gave me a guarantee on parts and labor. The door seems to be of good quality. I would do business with them again.

They were able to come by next day to fix our garage door. It was quick, and the price was reasonable when we called to compare to other companies in the area.

I've called upon Door Mart on 2 different occasions. First time was to install an opener. Last week I called them again, around 5 pm, because my garage door had fallen off track and I couldn't get it to shut. Within an hour 2 young gentlemen came out and spent about an hour fixing my door. Both times the techs exhibited the utmost professionalism. I highly recommend this company for that reason and also for the fair cost.

I am absolutely ecstatic for the work this company did. I needed my garage door opener installed, so I called Door Mart Services and they were able to have a team come out within 3 hours of my call. They showed up on time, were professional and courteous, and got the work done efficiently. My garage door works great and I thank you, Door Mart Services, for doing such a wonderful job. I will use you again in the future for any garage door needs.

I've done business with George and Joe at Door Mart for 30 years. They had 100% of my business and over years that included 2 gate openers, 4 door openers, and 4 double garage doors. Last fall my gate opener went out so as usual I called George. I was surprised when he told me he no longer does gates. I asked if that was because the techs were no longer there and he said "no, Joe and everyone is still here." I tried to bribe him by offering to replace my two garage door openers at the same time.

No luck. After 30 years of being a loyal customer who never shopped around or negotiated price, I was abandoned just because the guy dislikes gates more than the likes loyal customers. He still wanted to do the garage door openers but there was no way. I am with a new dealer now and could not be happier.

I cannot praise this company enough. This morning, my garage door would not close. It looked bad. The frame was bent and the door was coming off the track. Robert came to my house within 1 hour of my call. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained the problem and fixed the door quickly. I absolutely recommend this company's services. Door Mart did a fantastic job repairing my flood damaged garage door. I called their main number, was attended to promptly, and the technician Robert arrived at my house just a couple of hours later. Robert replaced my sensors, got me a new opener (we had lost ours during the chaos after the flood), replaced a frayed cable, and serviced both of my garage doors in about an hour.

Both doors now open easier and more quietly than before. I'm very pleased with the service. I would definitely recommend Door Mart and will use them for my garage door needs as they arise in the future.

Bob with Door Mart Services showed up to address our garage door not opening within a couple of hours of all our initial call. Within a couple of minutes he addressed the issue being a broken spring, and he also made the suggestion to change out the metal rollers to nylon. Our motor is over 25 years old, and it would have been easy for him to sell us a new one.

He did not. I appreciate Bob and Door Mart for their honesty and speed of service. Within 30 minutes, we once again were able to open and close our garage door.plus it was now quieter. Thank you again Bob.

I purchased a decorative top panel for my existing wood garage door. Most homeowners have replaced their wood garage doors with metal. I have kept my original wood door. Its still beautiful. Door Mart Services is the only business that would assist me. all other garage door businesses would sell only a completely new garage door. their expertise and customer service are exceptional.

I got the new panel I selected with expert installation. Door Mart Services is my go to for all my garage door repairs such as new springs, garage door opener, rollers and what ever parts are needed to keep my door in working order.

Door Mart is awesome! I have used them several times for repairs and have never been disappointed. Robert was courteous and repaired my broken belt within 30 minutes. I called that morning and they were out within a couple of hours. I definitely recommend!
