Great customer service by Sharon. Carlos the service manager was able to set up my appointment for the date I was requesting. Alex came to my house and was very kind and polite and did the work perfectly. I was very pleased with my experience from start to finish. JOB WELL DONE!

Helped my family out of a jam several times when a few others could not! Every time we've called them, they have never let us down, maybe up & down ! So give them a call! And thank you Neptune door!

I was having an intermittent problem with my garage door opener & wasn't sure if I needed a replacement. I called Neptune Door & found Sharon to be extremely helpful. She guided me through some steps to check out my current opener. For now, it's ok but I will definitely call back if I start having problems again & won't hesitate purchasing through them.

Neptune Door installed a new Raynor opener for me on an existing 16yo Raynor door. They did a great job. I was fascinated how one guy did the install. he was in and out in a couple hours, and the job came out perfect. And the job was hard to build because they had little space to work with, but nevertheless it went in perfectly. What a great and fair company to deal with.highly recommend these guys!

Neptune Door originally installed our garage doors in 2006. We called them for service because the springs had broken on the large door. After so many years, I was not expecting anything to be under warranty. It was not even part of the conversation when I called. To my surprise, Carlo called me and said they were submitting it for warranty but wasn't sure it would be covered.

But it was! So THANK YOU Neptune Door for being honest. THANK YOU Sharon for researching it. THANK YOU Michael for fixing my issue and for being so pleasant! Neptune Door will be the only company we will call and recommend.

Great place to get replacement parts. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Have repaired several doors with their supplied parts. Be prepared to sign a waiver if you are doing the job yourself. Garage doors are dangerous to work on.

My review is months and months overdue. Sorry! The last thing I wanted to do was go shopping for a garage door. Definitely concerned about being financially taken advantage of as a female. I had a great experience! I was immediately greeted by Jess and the owner Gus. Both went out of their way to explain my options and got me a great deal on one of their showroom doors. The installation went smooth. Gus even came by to make sure all was well. I would highly recommend Neptune Door Company.

Had two garage doors and openers installed a few years ago by Neptune Door Co. They did a great job at a good price. I now had a problem with one of the doors not closing, but it would open. I called Neptune for a service call and described my problem. They suggested that I first see if the electric eye was dirty or became misaligned. They were right! The electric eye was dirty. I cleaned the surface, and everything worked properly. They saved me a service call! Great company to do business with.

My new home needed garage door openers. Gus came out, surveyed the situation and explained the choices, and advised me on the best way to go. He quoted me a fair price, and Alex came out a few days later and performed a professional installation, including programing everything. Excellent customer service, follow up, and communication from his staff regarding quotes, appointments etc. I highly recommend Neptune Door Company!

I have recently been a customer of Neptune door company. I will be using them for my purchases quite often as the company has a very good staff on hand. From the first time I contacted the company they have been very helpful and very polite to me and have went beyond the usual means to satisfy me in every way possible. Great helpers, highly responsive and professional. Had a number of interactions with them and Chris and Jessica were prompt and to the point. Despite all that prices are great too. Highly recommended.
