Dustin and Kayla Thompson are the owners of Thompson Garage Door and Openers! They purchased the business in 2019 from Dustin's father, Jim Thompson, who founded it in 1991, selling and installing out of his own garage! Dustin has been working since he was six years old and knows all the ins and out of garage doors and Kayla has been in the business since 2013!

Very friendly and very professional throughout the whole process I had with them. They were in and out in no longer than 2 hours for my 8ft by 16ft garage door opener. If your thinking of getting any opener with Wi-Fi built in, I strongly recommend doing so. So cool to be able to shut the door when You forget no matter how far you are from it!

I have had problems with my garage door opener for several years. Another service was over to look at it twice, but could not find anything wrong, so I called Thompson's. Brian D. tested all of the usual soluions that did not fix the problem before giving me the option of replacing the opener or just replacing the "brain board." I went with the cheaper option, and it is now working perfectly.
I appreciate that Brian did not use any aggressive sales tactics. He was polite, knowledgeable, and fast. I would also note that he did not talk negatively about the first repair service that I called which speaks to his integrity. I am completely satisfied with Thompson's service and would call them again, if needed.

Thompson's Garage Door and Openers were the only company who responded to my phone messages during a weekend when my garage door quit working. They called me and came out that day, got the door open and gave me the name of an Electrician they knew who could fix the issue. I'm very happy with their service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Thompson's Garage Door was a great company to deal with, from the estimate process to the installation of our new garage door. The estimator was knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and gave us an estimate that was very reasonable. He also wore a face mask, which is much appreciated during the Covid pandemic. The installation team was equally impressive.
They were courteous, skilled, and made sure the new door was working perfectly. They cleaned up and removed the old door, old rails, etc. We were also very impressed and grateful to learn that they had replaced the 2 light bulbs that were burnt out in our garage, at no additional charge. Now that's a level of service you don't see very often these days!

Highly recommend these guys for all your garage door needs! They promptly responded to my initial email desperately asking them for help with a weird issue we were experiencing. They came out a few hours after first responding and checked out the situation, provided quotes on the spot of different options and gave their recommendations based on what was happening.
We scheduled the installation within less than a week out. Installation day was perfect! They arrived promptly in the morning, sending a text stating they were on their way, which was very helpful! They installed 2 new garage door openers and fixed all of the issues we were having in about an hour and a half! I'm incredibly satisfied with all aspects of working with these experts! Best garage door service in the area!
