We differ from most of our competition because we offer brand name, quality solutions for your window and door replacement needs like Andersen and JELD-WEN. Vinyl windows have become very popular over the past 5 to 10 years primarily due to their low maintenance nature and their low cost. However, given a choice, we have found that most people prefer the warm look, touch and feel of a real wood window.

My wife and I just had a horrible experience with Windows Concepts. We had windows and a door installed by them, using Jeld-Wen as the manufacturer of the windows and door. The windows were installed, but there was a mistake on two of the bedroom widows. The windows had a black frame instead of white, which was ordered with all the other windows. The representative admitted it was his mistake.
We did have them switched out. But, we had no idea what lay ahead. The kitchen door was to be replaced with a new door ($2300.00) with a fruitwood stain to match the existing kitchen windows. When the door was delivered and installed, we all, including the contractors, realized the color of the door did NOT match the stain of the windows and molding. not even close.
I called Windows Concepts and they had to order the "new door". another 4-6 weeks wait. After 5 weeks, the new door was delivered! It was the EXACT SAME STAIN as the previous mistake. I called Windows Concepts AGAIN! They could not understand what could have happened. The Windows Concepts rep came out with the Jeld-Wen manufacturer. They took photos of the door and said they would take care of it.
They ordered ANOTHER DOOR ( the third). After another five weeks, I received a call from the Jeld-Wen rep. saying the door was delivered. damaged. After another 5 weeks, the door was delivered, the fourth door. After installling it, the installers and I looked and agreed it was better, but STILL did not match. I WAS DONE! After speaking with the Windows Concepts and Jeld-wen representatives they told me to call the " big rep" from Jeld-wen.
I DID! After explaining this horrific experience, I, finally convinced them to refund money. I did not want to wait anymore and did not trust that I would EVER get what I ordered, I kept the door. There was a $1000.00 refund. I would NEVER do business with Windows Concepts ever again. And, forget about doing any business with Jeld-wen. What a disaster.
