Tommy D's completed the windows and patio door installation last week and we were very pleased with the result. Corey and Alan did an exceptional job. They were professional in every aspect and answered any questions we had. They also dealt with difficult access to the work area due to gardens and shrubs. As part of the same contract, Seth previously installed a screen door. He also did excellent work. We would recommend Tommy D;s for window and door installation without reservation. Thanks for a quality job.

This is an awesome place, everyone there was kind and courteous. Justin answered all my questions about the install/order. Seth did an amazing job installing the door, made sure everything was level and the doors closed and locked correctly. If I hadn't been home I wouldn't have known they were there, ever piece of dirt was gone. I strongly recommend this business

We had Tommy D's replace our windows about 15 years ago and the windows have been fabulous! Yesterday when I was painting one I got one off the track (first time in 15 years!). I called for help. We ordered a storm door with a doggie door from Tommy D. Long wait on the door I'm sure due to pandemic supply chain. Once the door was in it was installed immediately. Young man who did installation worked very thoroughly and the door works beautifully. Excellent quality. Will last a long time. Our contact Justin was very attentive to our calls.

Tommy D's was very helpful and responsive in helping me order the window I needed. Mike (the owner) got back to me after one attempt to contact Tommy D's, while other national chain Andersen Window dealers would not even return my calls after 6 or 7 attempts. Mike helped me with measuring for proper size as well as finding the best window to match up to my 20 year old Norco windows. They worked with me on delivery and even waited an extra week when I asked to delay the delivery to my house.

We needed new garage doors for our three car garage and while admiring a friend's doors, I learned they had been installed by Tommy D's. The staff and installers turned out to be friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, neat and efficient. As a result we now have new doors we are very happy with and at a reasonable cost. I have no hesitation recommending Tommy D's!

The crew that installed my complete window replacement was wonderful. Personable, knowledgeable and professional. However, I ordered windows this time last year. Took 6 months to get installed Nd then they measured wrong so November was a partial install and January was the remainder. Then they measured screens wrong too and left me with wrong size, color and too many of some and not enough of others. Did not install.
So now May again and I still don't have all of the screens. I get promises but no action. Customer service is not great. Owner is very responsive and helpful however. But one year later and the job isn't complete. I would recommend the windows and crew who installed highly but the others I felt with aren't reliable.
