Called this company to install a "fire rated" door for our furnace per City of Chicago for Condo Building. Every person that I had contact with including our installer "Al" was polite, professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. For our install a new "fire rated" door frame and door were installed as is required. Al also fixed a outside exit door as was agreed upon in the original estimate. Arrived on time, kept in touch with us during the install and had us check his work before he left. Very impressed.

This is a very unprofessional company! I do NOT recommend using them! They came to my house to fix my garage door and charged me $60 trip charge that I wasn't informed about when I called for service. And $111.00 in labor after being at my house for 30 mins. The service tech had no receipt to leave me for the work. My garage door was not working properly 2 weeks later.
When I called the owner was not willing to rebate me any of the service charge. I was informed by a tech from another company I called that they loosened a cable that they shouldn't have and that caused the problem. I think they have very inexperienced people working there. And zero customer service!

While they did complete the work (in two trips), there was a miscommunication about the price. An employee came out on a Friday to try to repair our malfunctioning garage door opener, but it was beyond repair. (No surprise to us!) Unfortunately, he didn't have time to install a new garage door opener that day. My husband and I both understood from him (during a conversation between the three of us) that the charges ($110) would be applied to the cost of the new opener ($450).
A different employee arrived to install on the following Tuesday and knew nothing of this, wouldn't honor the agreement, called the other fellow who claimed not to know about it. Would I recommend them? No. Will I use them again? Absolutely, not. Plenty of competitors who keep their word.
