Glass technician very personable and knowledgeable. He was efficient in removing the damaged window and installing the replacement window the following day, a day sooner than promised. The office staff managed payment quickly. My condo sale was minimally impacted by the broken glass. I would recommend Replacement Glass for fast and efficient window replacement service.

Contacted four companies before I could find one that could handle the replacement of a large double pane insulated glazing unit, 8' in the air. Replacement Glass came in, said they could handle it no problem, and then did handle it- with no problems! I'm am thrilled. THANK YOU for your professional and skilled team.

I like this company and the quality of their work, but whoever Lola is, she was extremely rude over the phone. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or what, but she was extremely rude from the beginning of the phone call, all the way to the end of it. Every simple question I asked, seemed as if it were an issue to her and made her angry. I'll continue to shop here, but I will never go through her again. If I were a first time customer, I would never come back because of her.

I was very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism afforded to us as customers. The product is top quality and Brandon did an excellent job installing our Phantom Doors.he knows his business.thank you for quickly putting me on the out of town list and being quick to get the job done. I would highly recommend this business to anyone even if living out of Anchorage like I do. Thank you "Replacement Glass"

The folks at Replacement Glass have, on several occasions now, proven themselves to providing professional, quality service. Both in smaller window repair and larger, more complicated glass replacement in a over-sized sliding glass door, they did an excellent job. One thing that was particularly appreciated was that the price that was quoted was the price that was charged.
There were no EXTRA charges, hidden charges or unexpected charges. It allowed us the opportunity to plan accordingly. We are grateful for their help in solving our window needs both large and small.

Great shop, good work. complete disregard for safety of their customers. No masks, even workers walking in and out of show room. Just a couple of flimsy plastic panels that do nothing to keep people separate. Only useful if some one sneezes or tries to spit on you. Super- Spreader site, wait til 2022 to visit

The window opening handle had be broken for a very long time, the window casings were brittle and some trim was warped. This didn't deter the workman one bit. Within the hour he had completed all of the removal of the busted handle, repaired the trim and casing and installed four new very tall window screens. Each and every screen fit to perfection with easy removal tabs to wash the glass when needed. Excellent at arriving on time too. Sincerely, Ginny Jacober, interior designer and organizer

I called these guys on a Tuesday and asked how soon they could possibly come replace a broken pane in my multi pane window. Was told By that Friday and no later than the following Weds. So I scheduled an appt for measurement. Tech comes measures we talk about the fact that I was scheduled to rebuild a flower bed in front of the window that weekend. Tech put a note on the estimate that I would need it done asap.
I call back later that afternoon as I was never told how soon I'd get a quote. I again explained my situation and asked how soon I might get it done. In the 24 hours between the first phone call, measurement and second phone call the schedule to get the work done went from no later then the next Weds to 2-3 weeks out. So I got a little pissed and did some calling around.
Found a place that would gladly cut the glass for me. I just had to install it. THANK YOU YOUTUBERS! I researched a couple of videos done by professionals and everyday people. The consensus and steps to doing it myself were consistent between all of them. So for the grand total of: 21"x23" piece of glass - $17.91 Tune of clear silicone caulk- $8.50 Labor free!
I replaced my own piece of glass. The quote from these guys was $274.00. They wanted to charge me $29.99 for the piece of glass and $14 for the sealant. Umm. one tube of sealant for the amount I needed to use would stretch between at least 8 clients. So as you can tell by the math I saved around $250 doing it myself. Moral of the story: DO IT YOURSELF. There are plenty of tutorials if you need guidance.

Great customer service throughout the process! I had a glass table top ordered for a custom dining room table and it was beautiful! The person who came to do the initial measurements and the two who handled my delivery were careful, professional, and courteous. I would do business with them again and highly recommend!

We recently had the glass replaced in a cracked double-pane upper-floor side-panel window by Replacement Glass. At the initial visit, to measure and order, Taylor quickly determined that the job could be done from the inside. Yesterday Taylor came and expertly slipped the window out, replaced the glass in the frame at his truck, quickly reinstalled the window.
His arrival both visits was within the time window stated, he called 15 minutes ahead of time, was unfailingly polite and personable, and didn't let the cats out! The customer service representative at the office is equally polite and personable and remarkably efficient. Good service, good work, satisfied customers.

These folks here have been great, they hung our mirrors in all 5 bathrooms in our new house. Did all the glass shower doors for 3 of the bathrooms and after they hung a glass shower door panel, they saw some scratches, they said that probably happened in the shipping, they kept the door on but called their office and reordered a new one. When it was shipped they replaced it. Brian has been such the professional.
They even installed our Yellow Onyx we special ordered. They are fantastic to work with. Yes, there was a delay because the project needed a shower door, but they made good on their promise to make it perfect!

We recently had several window panes replaced by these folks, not only were the office people very helpful and pleasent to work with, the field hands were very professional and courteous when they came to do the work. they came out and measured twice and everything fit perfect they day they removed and replace the panes of glass. I figure we saved several thousand dollars over replacing the entire window since our window frames were in good shape. Thank you to all and especially Leah and Johnathan.

Absolutely the worst service I have received in Anchorage. Had two windows made without frames. When I went to pick them up I was scared to break them so I asked what we could do to prep them for traveling. The old shop guy came unhinged and told me that I should of known to order a wood frame for traveling and that this shit always happens. He also said it would take a extra day to build the frame.
I told him I was from Seward and he said well I can't help you. His attitude was terrible through the entire process. I was not informed when I ordered the windows that this was a possibility, especially when I let them know the billing address is in Seward. I will never do business with them again.

Got three pieces of glass cut by Replacement glass with a cost of over $1200 and the project was late, but they didn't offer any discount. Didn't do my homework well enough. Found out later that Capital Glass would have done the same project in less time FOR LESS THAN HALF of what i paid. Shorty after I got it home a crack developed. I brought the glass back to them and though they implicitly admitted that they over charged me, they said there was nothing they could do about the crack in the glass except recut the glass "at a discount".
That discount turned out to be considerably more than Capital would have charged in the first place. I found it disheartening that the owner felt as though she needed to profit again over my losses. Never again will I be a patron of this place. I'd advise others to compare prices and generally avoid Replacement Glass, the business integrity and care for the customer just isn't there.

Worst service ever! Measuring the window is the only thing that went well. I had to call the office to ask about my replacement schedule. Then after waiting for an hour after the time that I was told was scheduled I called the office again because nobody showed up. I then find out they cancelled our window! Why? Because of lack of payment! IF THEY HAD ASKED FOR CC#, CASH, CHECK, any form of payment (my first born) I would have GLADLY given it to them!
I needed my window replaced by Sunday for an Open House! Now they tell me it cannot be done until MONDAY! Worst service ever and to top it off they tell me their office staff has worked with them for years and told me they needed payment? The same office staff that failed to call me to inform me of schedule time? To what gain would I not pay them? All they can do for me is a big fat nothing. If you are thinking about doing business with this company DON'T they do not care about their customers.

Can I give less than 1 star? Got a bid/proposal done by their rep but when the installer showed up, he found he did not have all the needed glass. He did half the job and had to leave for more glass. Got a call later telling me they had miscalculated and needed double the amount of money quoted. The document from them did not say 'estimate' any where on it so I figured that was the price. Wrong--they did not stand behind their own representative's bid for the work and since the job was half done, I was basically over a barrel. Overall, not a satisfactory experience. Only bright spot was the installer was nice and did a good job.
